If you like to pay well over what you would pay for a mortgage on a home and not be able to park near your home, this place is for you. Its like a pretty apple that has a worm in it, some of it still tastes good, but some of it is rotten.

Super friendly, lively, scenic place to live! Very inviting, clean and comfortable. Luckily I have no issues with noisy neighbors (my previous upstairs neighbor was a nightmare), nor do I have any issues with any of the neighbors.

Woodlands Landing is a wonderful community. The homes are modern and the staff is very hands on. It is centrally located with just a short ride to the beach and downtown. Love living in the fabulous community.

We fell in love with this community right when we saw it! But what also helped us make our decision was Leslie! She is in love with her job and her positivity was something we really needed after looking at so many different places! It was such an amazing experience having her tour us and help us. She made us feel comfortable and happy right when we got there and once we left, we knew it was the perfect place for us! Moving 12 hours and finding a place wasn’t easy but she made it SO stress free..we called and asked her so many questions during the whole process and she was happily willing to help us every step of the way.. she never let us feel unsure or lost.. I can not compliment her enough! We are so excited to move in and fall more in love with the property/community than we already do! Thank you Leslie for making this so great for us!

I love living at Woodlands Landing because it's close to everything you need and want along with a beautiful setting. Leslie in the mangement office is one of the nices people you will ever meet and she truly loves her job! Townhome living is the best because you can't hear the people above you and so much light runs through these units. I give Woodlands Landing a 10 .

These brand new townhomes are perfect! The are tucked away in the beautiful Echo Farms neighborhood, but still close to entertainment at The Pointe at Barclay, sunset views at the downtown Riverwalk, great beaches, and shopping. The kitchens are fully upgraded and the entire townhome and I love the finishes, but the best part is that you have no upstairs neighbors! Two stories and great amenities? I’ll take it!
