This is the worst place to rent. They have mold issues, strong urine odor in the bathrooms from the urine stained floor around the toilets. Cupboards are all water logged and kitchen sink was caving in. There are very loud neighbors that are disrespectful and rude. The walls and floors are very thin. The office will do nothing about the noise.There is a very high turnover rate here. It’s one of those places that the staff seem helpful and nice until you move in and find out that it’s not what you expected. Parking was a huge issue, sometimes had to park very far away from my apartment because the lots are full by 8pm.

If you’re looking for a noisy place, this is the one for you. You’ll be able to hear your neighbors conversations. You’ll hear their tv and stereo in bass. You can also hear marching and stomping at at hours. It’s a great place if you love the sound of neighbors pounding on the wall, jumping and dragging heavy furniture across the floor all the time. The staff does nothing about noise. It’s a great place if you like to have your neighbors rat dog barking all the time and leaving dog waste all over the lawn.

Our experience here has been a rollercoaster ride. When we first moved in we were welcomed and introduced to the community by an amazingly pleasant staff. We have seen mgrs come and go, heard staff talk negative about one another and even start rumors about one another and residents. We have enjoyed Sarah as a mgr and her positive vibe, but could live without the childish behaviors of the other staff here. They allowed an employee to move in, which has put her and her attitude to get people in trouble, on a high horse. Our lease ends in March, and we look forward to leaving. We also do not recommend this community to anybody, unless you enjoy drama. Also, their reviews are from employees that were working for the place at the time.
I love living at Hawthorne at the Hall. The new management team in the office are very caring and professional. Sarah and Nikk both do a wonderful job at hearing us out and they always come up with the best solutions with any issues had. Jerry, the maintenance man, is very well versed in his job and is always there when we need him. There will never be any community this is perfect in every aspect. However, the staff try their damnest to make sure everyone is happy. Hawthorne has definitely had its ups and downs with previous managers but there is always a light at the end of the tunnel thanks to the currently ladies and Jerry. You guys rock!
Me and my husband have lived here for 2 years overall, we've lived in a 1 bedroom and currently in a 3 bedroom. The layout of the 3 bed apartments is kinda stupid because there are NO windows in the living room and kitchen/dining area so so always have to have the lights on or your in almost complete darkness. The 1 and 2 bedrooms have a better layout. I think these apartments are a bit overpriced but they are probably the best in the area and very convenient. The staff have always been very helpful to us when we've had mantainence issues and problems with neighbors.They also have a dog park which is great. Overall if your looking for an apartment in the rural hall area I would recommend hawthorne at the hall.

We have been promised a pool since May 1, 2016. Here it is July 8, and still no pool. Management is not nice and the cooperate office doesn't return your calls!
