I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hawthorne at New Center Apartments! From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers amazing amenities that truly make the living experience better. A special shoutout to Ms. April in the office, she is an absolutely wonderful ! From the very first interaction, she has been warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel valued and heard. Whether you need assistance with your lease, have a question, or just need a friendly face to brighten your day, Ms. April is always there with a smile and a kind word.

We have been here 2 months now, but I can honestly tell you that Kari, April and Mark (the management team) are very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and on the ball efficient. The maintenance staff is also top notch. The apartment complex is very well kept inside and out. The amenities that come with the lease, on the grounds and the services, are excellent. In addition, this location is SUPER convenient/close to all goods and services that we all need to run our everyday lives. AND oh yeah, the residents that we have met so far have all been lovely, kind and helpful. We couldn't be more pleased that we chose Hawthorne New Centre to be our new home.

This location is amazing!! I can't get over how much is around me but also so quiet. The staff is the best ever. My loft is so perfect and affordable at the same time. I'm spoiled!

Hawthorne at New Centre is conveniently located to everything! Literally right beside Walmart and next to several restaurants. I absolutely loved my loft style apartment! I would recommend it to anyone!

This property is excellent!!! This is a really great property and the best bang for your buck. The resident events they hold are fantastic and they are great if you enjoy meeting your neighbors and being social. They are very pet friendly and I love their treat bar that they have for the fur friends. I recommend this property to anyone looking for an apartment.

I guess it depends on the apartment you get but mine was disgusting. Infested with bugs, dirty, moldy, out dated, things were rusted and stained. Make sure you ask to see the apartment YOU are getting and not the model. Not worth the amount you have to pay for it.
Have lived here for almost two years now and it has the friendliest staff and maintenance crew who go above and beyond for you. Recently my hot water heater was messing up and within 12 hours they had a new one put in. Great place to live!
Hawthorne at New Centre has been um uhhh a great experience um so far! My brother and I uhh uhh really enjoy it here. Plus, um uhh Jeff Goldblum/Dr. Malcolm is uhh...the man!
