Hawthorn Club Apartments

We have been here just over a year now, and Hawthorn has been nothing but understanding and flexible with us. My partner and I have a crazy dog and both work, so having maintenance come into the apartment can be challenging, but all of the staff have been flexible with us every single time to make it work and do what they can to accommodate us. You just don’t find that anywhere else. So thankful to Hawthorn for making this place a home for us!

I'm in the process of finding a new home for myself. I love that Laura will keep in touch so you know when they have openings. I hope they have an opening when I need to move this year. The Best Is Yet To Come! Vickie

Huge shout out to the entire staff for keeping our sidewalks clear, the drive plowed and parking spaces clear. I have seen everyone out during all of this snow we have gotten this winter, even the manager has been helping shovel. Hawthorn has been such a great place to live.

I spent the weekend here from out of town with a friend. I am not used to the snow but loving it for the short time. I was amazed how well kept and clean the sidewalks and drives were. The complex is pristine and well kept. If my job ever brings me back to the Cleveland area this is a great area for me to reside.

I cannot say enough about the amazing experience I have had here at Hawthorn Apartments. Phenomenal staff, maintenance team, neighbors, and beautiful units! I couldn’t be more pleased to be part of the Hawthorn community! I was truly taken back by the warm welcome that I received upon moving in, and it was truly a breath of fresh air. Laura is the absolute best! I highly recommend Hawthorn!!

We've been here for just over 2 years now and besides the beautiful pet-friendly apartment, in-unit laundry, complex amenities, and neighborhood ... we have been SO impressed with the speed at which and professionalism with which the Hawthorn Club team (Laura, Rich, Fred, and others!) responds to maintenance requests. They respond to requests within hours and any issues are addressed within hours or a day replacing or fixing malfunctioning appliances or other needs. The upkeep and maintenance around the complex is apparent ... it's a great place to live and the value matches the rental fee. Can't recommend it enough!

Thank you for all the fun stuff this summer. My mother enjoyed getting to meet other residents at the BBQ. She loves living at hawthorn and I am very happy to know she lives in a very nice community with a great staff. Maintenance is like no other, if my mother needs something taken care of the men are there the same day. It is also very easy to reach the manager, she responds to emails almost immediately. Keep up the great work hawthorn club.

We have lived here for over five years and have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this property. The location is ideal, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, our neighbors are friendly, and the staff is super responsive and accommodating. Six out of five stars.

Since moving here 7 years ago from Virginia I have been extremely happy at Hawthorn. The staff is exceptional and always responsive to any maintenance needs. The entire staff is kind, helpful and promote a sense of community. It is a wonderful place to live!

Since my first meeting with staff, to see if they had any available suites, they have been extremely kind, helpful and accommodating. This is my first apartment and my daughter, and I couldn't be happier with the suite, our neighbors and management. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

It’s truly been a pleasure here since day one. The apartment is excellent and has everything you’d need or want when choosing a place. Everyone is friendly here, and the atmosphere is so peaceful. The staff honestly just take the whole experience to another level as well. This is just an absolutely beautiful area, and community, to live in. My only regret is that I didn’t move here sooner.

I am extremely happy being a new tenant at Hawthorn. The move in experience could not have gone any smoother. The manager was very helpful, friendly and professional. My apartment was even better than the online photos. I chose Hawthorn because of the quick communication. I called several local apartments and only got a response from Hawthorn. I also really liked the grounds, I have a dog and there is plenty of room to walk her. I am looking forward to my time at Hawthorn. So far, I could not be happier.

When having a refrigerator that was not broken, being replaced without my approval. I lost almost $300.00 of groceries. With no apology or reimbursement. First months heating bill was ridiculous. Windows have not been replaced in 20 yrs, and "not happening anytime soon". management. All windows were left not secured and closed fully, ended up not making a difference , once I discovered all the seals on all windows and doors were non existent. I enjoyed freezing myself to death the first four days actually living in the apartment. Also all facilities have been closed before I moved in, due to construction, at this point nothing... the clubhouse, gym, party center. Has been open a single day , since I have moved in. The HOA # management company , was completely unwilling to discuss price reductions in rent because of their in ability to open facilities. The pool, by the way in horrible disrepair. Multiple broken jagged tiles pointing down into the pool. management is not fixing right now. Also be expected to have to clean the pool yourself , multiple times, if you plan on attending even semi regularly. Extremely dissatisfied, n disappointed. Neighbors are great, if you feel like over paying, for that. I have also been notified of rent increasing, with no work I have inquired about ,even being on the schedule. Thanks...No thanks

I’m very happy at Hawthorn - the staff has been here for years. They are fast to respond to my work requests and my building is always very clean. The manager is new but I hear she’s been with the owners for over 10 years. She’s been a blessing in the rental office. The old manger was never in the office and it was hard to reach her. Laura is very helpful. I just renewed my 5th lease.

Great apartments! I lived there for over 5 years and would not have left if I wasn’t leaving Ohio. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and very responsive. Mindy is always helpful. Apartment was extremely clean when I moved on and freshly painted. Nice quiet area.

Very nice area, quiet, maintenance is done quickly and well. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Variety of tenants good.

The staff all live on site and are very accommodating to new and long term residents. The facilities are well kept and they always respond to calls within a day. Highly recommend!
