Property Ratings at Hawthorn Apartments
My family has been living here for almost 4 years and we spend the majority of our summers at the Clubhouse. My children love to swim and relax at the pool while my fiancé is grilling and watching a game on the flat screen in the wonderful outdoor space. It feels like we are at home everytime we are there.
Excellent community members and great facilities!
Staff are knowledgeable and attentive. Pool and gym are always clean!
Super clean and safe community. Staff is super attentive and helpful. Amenities are a big plus and clubhouse is huge. Snow removal in winter is a God send. Love this place!

We’ve been here going on our 4th year! Friendly community and a 5 star staff! Awesome workout facility, pool, dog and car wash. Surrounded by parks, farm fields and woods. Doesn’t get much better!

Great location and great community! Close to the highway, grocery stores and shopping. Neighbors were immediately friendly and welcoming - we met many new friends and dog friends and made use of the park/clubhouse often.
We have been here since they opened. Quiet and off the grid. Surrounded by woods, farm fields and ponds. Angela, Cassie and Carrianne have been extremely helpful and treat you like family. Don and Shannon “the maintenance gurus” are quick to taken care of any issues and do a great job of keeping The place clean and maintained. Great workout rooms, clubhouse, pool and grill stations. The community is so friendly.
