Located in the northern-most portion of Delaware near the Pennsylvania border and close to the city of Philadelphia, PA, Wilmington has plenty to offer no matter what your age or interests. The specific neighborhood of the city that's best for you can vary based on your budget, but some of the more popular neighborhoods include Trolley Square (which is known for its beautiful architecture) and Bradywine Park (which is dotted with lovely parks and nature trails).
If you're the artsy type, you'll love visiting the Delaware Art Museum, located on Kentemere Parkway. Here, you can enjoy viewing work from local and globally known artists ranging anywhere from the mid 1800s to present day. Absolutely love it here. Christine the apartment manager and the maintenance team are both quick efficient and polite. There’s a lovely dog park here and everything is well taken care of. You can tell there is a hard working and professional team running this community. The laundry rooms are convenient as well and the apartments are spacious and beautiful. Love it here!

My son lived in Haverford Apartments for a year while attending graduate school. We live in another state so we had to rent a place for him sight unseen and I was super stressed about it. The apartment manager, Christine, made the whole experience worry and hassle free. The apartment fit his needs perfectly, the complex is very safe and quiet. He had no problems whatsoever. The neighborhood has everything needed very close by. While my son was a student I wouldn’t describe it as student housing, just people living and working in general. I highly recommend Haverford Apartments!

I lived here for a year (2020 to 2021) and only moved recently because I wanted to be closer to my new job. The property manager, Christine, was simply fantastic and took care of any issues that I had quickly and thoroughly with great communication! Haverford Apartments is a quiet community surrounded by great food (amazing Indian, Mexican, and Vietnamese especially!) not far away from 95. There is a Wawa that you can walk to in under five minutes and a cool little dog park right on the property. I would recommend this place to anybody who's interested!

Ive lived at Haverford a few years back, This place is just simply AMAZING! I fell in love with the apt at first glance! Its beautiful , clean, its has a cozy home feeling. All new updated appliances and if you ever have a maintenance problem , the guys come right away. Management is so pleasantly kind and understanding. They work with you, to help you get to where you need to be , in your new home. I had to leave unwillingly due to unresolved family issues at the time. But now that its over. I wouldnt want to call any other placee home but Haverford! Im reapplying ASAP me and my daughter love it there. Ms.Smith
My fiancee and I moved in here this year after we got engaged and wanted to live alone and not with roommates anymore. Christine in the rental office is the most wonderful person ever and we absolutely love her! Sadly, we are being relocated to Florida with our jobs so we have to leave much earlier than planned, but our stay here has been wonderful, our neighbors are mostly quiet (which is helpful as I work night shifts primarily), and the owners have been working on the community in regard to both aesthetics (by way of adding flowers and regular landscaping), installing new washer and dryer units, and adding additional security with key pads to each building. I would highly recommend moving her if you are looking for a smaller community and don't want to pay outrageous rent. Perfect for small families and those with small pets.

Haverford has been great! I moved in with my husband a few years ago and the 2 bedroom apartment is really spacious. We’re close to a lot of restaurants and the mall, which is convenient, because DE traffic has been getting worse and worse. Would highly recommend if you’re into a quiet community as well. People are respectful of their neighbors which isn’t that common these days!
