They even have events almost ever month. Last month was grab and go breakfast from Penera that they had in the lobby. For Christmas they have a wrapping station in the lobby very convenient.

We only moved in last Tuesday and haven’t been able to spend a lot of time here, so far, as we are closing on the sale of our home in Atkinson, NH today. We are originally from North Andover. We lived here for 25 years before moving north. Glad to be home again and finally looking forward to getting settled at Haven North Andover. Everyone has been extremely helpful. It’s been a really nice and peaceful neighborhood to live at. Love the floor plan and also the area. Elevator is definitely a plus as it helps in daily chores and during move-in or move-out. So far so good!!

I love this complex! It has great staff employees and everything is kept extremely clean and tidy. Walls are soundproof and I love the resident events they do for people every month. Plus, they gave me a birthday card for my birthday which felt so special and unique!

Been here 5 years. Halls need to be repainted from all the move ins over the years. Don’t let such a nice property look shabby. Office staff very helpful

Overall, not a bad rental. This company took over while I was here, and I'll say their service team is more proactive. However, their free events and food don't meet the same standards as before. On a positive note, they've just installed EV chargers that tenants have been asking for. The salt used during snow removal was quite messy compared to the previous ownership - probably just a learning curve. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Maintenance is very slow they definitely don’t come in a hurry wen u need them no matter how many times you call the office I understand we all can be very busy but wen something needs to be fixed in ur apartment they should be able to come out and look at the issue the same day but they do not!!

The landscapers used cheap mulch combined with manure and now the entire complex stinks. Can’t even open our windows…. It’s a smoke free property but people always smoke in the apartments above us. The people that took over in the office are really nice and we have nothing but good things to say about them. The apartment overall is not nearly worth the rent but they never are. The world is upside down right now. 3 stars seems fair!

Good location with nice units; pool is ridiculous, but other amenities are nice, especially the clubhouse. Management team has always been friendly and responsive.

The Haven apartments are beautiful, the staff is very nice and the maintenance staff is very helpful things if there is a problem. The building is also very clean inside and out and the flowers and landscaping is outstanding!

Great storage space in the kitchen and the view from our balcony is beautiful at night. The onsite staff were very helpful and responsive during our transition.

My wife and I have been living at Haven for over three years and absolutely love it. The community is well-maintained and very peaceful. The central location and proximity to the highway is also a huge bonus. I highly recommend this spot!

We have been here since 2020 and it’s been wonderful! The grounds are kept nice, the staff and maintenance team are awesome! And the area has a lot to offer!

Very nice respectful quiet neighbors in building number two. Never a problem parking and the maintenance seems to be great. Clean building and definitely a secure area to live in.

At first glance, this is a beautiful place to live. The grounds ar very well kept. The apartments are well designed and the location is convenient. But pull back the covers and you find the cockroaches. The quality is less than the cost of the apartment. If you dont live on a top floor, be prepared to hear your neighbors every move. And pray you dont live below someone with children. The lease is really just an empty document that the management holds no one to. Smoking, grills, noise, disrepair is all accepted. You're next to an airport and there is construction happening in front of the community 6 days a week starting at 6 am. Be prepared to never sleep. All in all, I recommend finding another place to live for the money.
The apartments are exceptional with all the best amenities; however, best of all is the staff. They way more than meet expectations. They go above and beyond to ensure the property is well-cared for and are family for the residents. If you are in the market for an apartment, do not hesitate.
