Maintenance is so quick and thorough with the request when needed. They have shown kindness and accuracy and I love that they love getting the job done. I’ve only been here for three weeks and everything that was needed has gotten done and with precision. Thank you!!

I put in a work request online for my son’s toilet that had stopped working. I figured it might be the next day or so they would respond. But they showed up like 20 minutes later! Fixed the toilet and addressed other small issues in his bathroom. I can say maintenance is very good here!

The apartments are nice size and neighbors are friendly. But my car was broken into twice with 6 months. I know many others who have had their car stolen or broken into as well. They claim it’s security but I have never seen them or it is not enough. They re nice apartment if you don’t care about your car.

I Love my Apartment, it will be a year July14,2021 so far I have No issues. Ken the maintenance guy is very accurate and thorough any issues that I have about my apartment I put in a work order and he send someone or he does it himself.Great job well done!!!

Very nice place to live. Maintainance could be a little better but during pandemic I think they're doing their best.

I have been a resident for 10 yrs and enjoy my spacious apartment . My neighbors are nice. The outside areas are well maintained. The maintenance staff are always curiteous and knowledgeable with regards to repairs/replacements.

I've only lived at the Meadows almost a month now, it seems to be a good place to live. It's fairly quiet.

I REALLY ENJOY BEING HERE. THE LANDSCAPING IS JUST BEAUTIFUL BUT THE INSIDE IS A DIFFERENT STORY.

Rent too high, not worth it, the buildings are fifthy and people park in the parking lot just to drink and smoke weed and do not even live here. Also any and everyone uses the garbage cans that we pay for evert month. Poor management.i used to love living here but things are not at all the same, sad but true.

I feel as though the property maintenance should reflect the money we pay for rent. The cost to live here increases every year, yet the appeal has not been upgraded in the nine years that I have lived here.

Its terrible here! No security and if there is security the company doesnt want to put them, apartments not really updated, central air in certain units and a/c units dont cool whole apartment because there located only in bed room, no washer or dryer , main hallways are nasty smelling and looking,

Nice place to live if you have good neighbors! Landscaping and snow removal very good. Apartments are clean and basically safe and quit.

It has changed a lot from when I moved in almost 6 years ago, no pool the cleaning of the snow is not as good as it use to be no flowers out

Save yourself the financial burden of living in complete filth. Such an eye sore. Cara bring stolen and broke into. Storage units being burglarized. The buildings entry way needs serious updates and cleaning. Bed bug infestation . Maintenance SUCKS. And soooooo much more.

I love it here, but I can't afford the rent with all the add on charges. I have no problem with the staff. I get along with everyone. I'm a senior on a fix income.

the meadows is a nice place to live

I absolutely love my home I wanted to downsize since its only me now its everything I needed in one. The area is perfect, my neighbors are quite and nice! Management will allow me to fuss and express my concerns, they listen and take care of the issue ASAP I appreciate that. Maintenance Mr. Ken and his team is Awesome and Professional, thats important to me. The Maintenance team knows how to attack each issue at hand. I rehab homes on the side, I know a good team! Thank you all for your hard work!

I have been a resident here for six months now. I haven't had any issues. I like living here.

I looked at a 2 bedroom apartment with Rovena. The lady was very helpful and ran down all the rules to me and the prices. I will be moving her in July.

I wouldn't refer this place to nobody. Bootleg cleaning people that suppose to clean and vacuum the hallways do a half job. Unskilled maintenance guys, don't come and fix anything in a feasible time....The foundation is bad around the buildings, flooding in the basement storage area and the front office is terrible

I stayed here for 1 year (2016-2017) and I can honestly say it's a nice area to live in. It's very quiet and clean. For the most part, maintenance responds the same day or next day. The pool was nice. The only bad things I have to say are once you move out, the apartment will try to nit pick and charge you for normal wear and tear. You also have to be careful with the basement because there are washer and dryer hook-ups and I had someone plug their washer and dryer up to my unit and I was unknowingly paying for them to wash/dry and the apartment complex wasn't too concerned about that, they were more worried about other things. The reason I moved is because they increased the rent $50 and I felt that was too much especially when the hallways outdated and need re-modeling.

This two bedroom, one bathroom apartment has recent updates. New Frigidaire dishwasher and gas stove. New GE refrigerator/freezer. Newly update cabinets, counter tops, backsplash, floor tiles and storage pantry. Updated bathroom with new tile, basin, tub/shower, Glacier Bay efficient toilet, linen closet located in bathroom for easy access. New carpet thoughout bedrooms, living room, dining area, encased air conditioners,vertical blinds. The living room and dining area has a picturesque view of the well manicured landscape. New light fixtures, smoke detectors, and Internet/cable ready. Additional storage unit located in the basement, washer/dryer hookups.

Eastland village is by far one of the cleanest apartment complex buildings I've ever seen inside and out. The leasing staff are very helpful and very quick with responses. The apartments are very spacious I have 2 bed 2 bath and I love the space. big bathroom,plenty of closet space and additional storage is available in the basement. Snow removal is very early in the winter so you never worry about digging yourself out. very pretty landscaping in the summer. Beautiful view of Vernier rd.Apartment is located within walking distance of the mall, and a few restaurants. Kroger is really close too. I think its a beautiful and peaceful place to live.

I've lived at Eastland Village Apartments for the past 8 yrs. It's a beautiful setting, lots of trees, shrubs, and well-maintained lawns. The apartments feature spacious rooms. For me, management paying my DTE bills is a blessing, also being able to use my own washer/dryer. There is never a long wait for service/maintenance when there is a problem. Everyone in the office and in maintenance is efficient and friendly. I hope to live here for a long time.

The staff at Eastland Village Apartments thus far have been extremely helpful. Monique, Niki and the remainder have ensure that my move in ran as smoothly as can be. I decided in the beginning to take an ungrade apartment and I am sure glad I did. The staff ensured it was to my expectations. The carpet and paint were new or well cleaned. New appliances all except the fridge which had some damage but runs great. I reported within the 7 days allowed. Maintenace have been timely. The bath is beautiful and it is extremely quiet. I have heard some horrible reviews but like they say don't believe everything you read. The rent is within my budget and I received a discount. I pray a first floor becomes available when my lease is up because I would like to renew.

I have lived in my apartment complex for more than six years, and I continue to be very satisfied in virtually every aspect. I have a one bedroom unit, however the layout of the apartment is very spacious and provides the same storage space as a two bedroom unit. My apartment is very bright and modern, allowing natural sunlight into the apartment. The apartment complex affords you the opportunity to have your own washer and dryer, so you never have to go outside the building or pay to do your laundry. The building contains four apartment units which limits the access to only those four residents. This allows the opportunity of meeting and knowing your neighbors. All of the neighbors are exceptionally friendly. The building itself provides easy access to the freeways, access to the shopping mall, and is in close proximity to a grocery store and other shopping facilities. The building is a very quiet, and well maintained facility. The painting and carpet cleaning is a routine service provided. The grounds around the building are also well maintained and beautiful. The outdoor trash receptacle is very contained, neat, and clean. The surrounding neighborhood area is very safe and is conducive for taking brief walks. The Harper Woods Police Department's presence is highly visible in the area. The maintenance crew is excellent and provides quick responses to all request for service. They do a fine job in fixing the problem correctly the first time. The office staff is friendly and courteous. They keep the residents abreast of upcoming activities. I am very satisfied with my current apartment living and do not plan on moving anytime soon.

I live in the Eastland Village Apartments I have live here for a year and a half I have enjoyed living here it is a very nice place to call home if you have a problem you just call the office and they will send someone within a reasonable time it is very clean and neat and well kept up I would recommend the apartments to anyone who love a nice and clean environment.
