The apartment is fantastic, with excellent amenities! The entire residential area is consistently clean and well-organized. The staff are incredibly helpful and always prioritize resident satisfaction, promptly addressing any needs for the apartment or the complex as a whole. Plus, there are around three events each month that foster a sense of community among residents.

The entire experience from application to move-in has been excellent. Carrlyn, Isabelle and Puddin were a joy to work with and answered all questions and resolved all issues/concerns quickly. I highly recommend this wonderful luxury rental community. The location is exceptional and the community is very welcoming. The property is clean, freshly renovated, quiet, pet-friendly and has several resident activities every month. The amenities at Haven at Avalon are among the best and safety/security are taken seriously. I highly recommend this community if you enjoy luxury lifestyle living in the heart of Avalon.

The building is old and dingy, witch they try and cover up with paint! Roach infested :( Maintenance NEVER took care of anything!! I called maintenance and the office several times begging for repairs and nothing!!!! My husband watch was stolen while he was at the gym, I was walking my dog and management did nothing!!!! Not a safe building to live in with the gas fumes, roaches, and neglected maintenance it is just a horrible place to live in!

Living at Haven at Avalon is so much fun. We have made so many new friends and take full advantage of being able to walk to all of our favorite shops and restaurants. The staff is really helpful and friendly. They always have fun activities planned. I feel very safe walking around, even at night. Our dogs love it too. Exceptional location with many amenities. Apartment is exactly as described and is comfortable.
Avalon is a great place and Haven just makes it better. I love living here. Theres always an event for the residents. The staff couldnt be nicer. Both office and maintenance staff go out of their way. Theyre sincere and really care. Ive lived many places and usually Im just a number. Here they know my name and everyone elses too. Youre not going to find that at any other apartment home.
Living at Avalon was one of the best decisions I made after owning a home. A welcomed, stress free transition. #enjoyinglife
My wife and I feel a real energy in the atmosphere at the Haven and at Avalon. We also feel a sense of shared community with all of the residents we meet.
My husband and I love living here at Avalon. We are able to get out and walk everyday with our dogs and it is just so beautiful. We've made new friends and enjoy dining out with them and hanging out at the dog park. We plan to stay here as long as we can!
I have lived in many wonderful places. I am happier with the Haven at Avalon than any other place I have lived. The apartments and staff are great. I overlook Avalon Boulevard. The first thing I do when I get home is open my door and blinds. You hear the laughter and happiness of people, the wonderful music and the awesome aromas from the restaurants. The staff and maintenance are very responsive The entertainment offered by Haven is great as well as the entertainment offered by Avalon. It is so nice to be able to go downstairs and go to fun shops and restaurants offering delicious food. It is a great feeling of security here. I never feel uncomfortable The Security Officers are here and quick to respond if you need them. I am sure I will enjoy sitting by the pool when the weather is nice. I was also able to drop my membership at the gym because we have a gym right here. Living at the Haven at Avalon is THE BEST!
Quality exceeded my expectations, recommendation without reservation
The apartments have luxury pricing, but for what you get (amenities, Avalon shops within walking distance, good quality build materials, great floor plans) it is very much worth the price!

Cant say enough good things regarding the office staff. You cannot beat the convenience of the property. You are steps away from Grocery store, restaurants, shopping and eaterys, movie theater etc. Property is well taken care of
it was nice at first , expensive but nice , now it's just expensive. we haves a post pandemic management who are making more and more random decisions. the last one , the gym used to be 24H ( except phase one of the pandemic of course ) and after been Fully reopened the management decided to open it between 9h45 am and 5h45 pm ,Monday to Friday and the weekend until 4h45 pm . None less to say there is no gym during the week for everyone who has regular hours and when you ask why you came up with such idea ? The answer is " we want less people in the gym because of the pandemic ..." By narrow the hours you want less people , You Can't beat that logic . With a rent at almost two Thousands dollars a month for 1 one bedroom / one bath you would Expect to have all the amenities you signed up for ?? can't wait for the lease to end ... the end
