So far everything has been great. The office personally is friendly and responds promptly with my questions and answers them professionally. The community seems nice. It's quiet at night. The parking is a little tight in the apartments that I am in ,but that's not a problem.

The Haven is a multicultural diverse community and I love it. Through the summer the people here have been amazing. Once the sun goes down you can find all sorts of families enjoying a stroll around the complex. The team at the leasing office is amazing and very attentive. Maintenance team is top notch!

I’ve lived here for over 2 years. The pool has never looked blue until a month ago, and unfortunately it’s back green again. Maintenance takes FOREVER. The apartment size is great but the amenities suck. You can’t even use the gym 24/7. You also pay 2 trash fees for inconsistent trash service. This apartment has potential but there are little to no rules, people do what they want and it’s consistently dirty. The saving grace is there’s new management and they have been doing great about communications and setting boundaries. Once they can get some structure, repair the pool, hire more maintenance and clean the grounds, it’ll be worth the price.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Ditto to all of the people posting about trash, lousy office staff, etc. couple additional items. They let residents drive on the grass behind building I, as if it was a road, at any time of the day or night! In January 2021 had a shooting which resulted in homicide. In July 2021, a resident tried to break into another residents apartment and other residents had the dude at gunpoint! Even sent emails to owner of haven, regional and the reply was “we will handle swiftly”. Never happened! All facts, all truth. Have the emails. STAY AWAY!
