So far everything has been great. The office personally is friendly and responds promptly with my questions and answers them professionally. The community seems nice. It's quiet at night. The parking is a little tight in the apartments that I am in ,but that's not a problem.

The Haven is a multicultural diverse community and I love it. Through the summer the people here have been amazing. Once the sun goes down you can find all sorts of families enjoying a stroll around the complex. The team at the leasing office is amazing and very attentive. Maintenance team is top notch!

I’ve lived here for over 2 years. The pool has never looked blue until a month ago, and unfortunately it’s back green again. Maintenance takes FOREVER. The apartment size is great but the amenities suck. You can’t even use the gym 24/7. You also pay 2 trash fees for inconsistent trash service. This apartment has potential but there are little to no rules, people do what they want and it’s consistently dirty. The saving grace is there’s new management and they have been doing great about communications and setting boundaries. Once they can get some structure, repair the pool, hire more maintenance and clean the grounds, it’ll be worth the price.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Ditto to all of the people posting about trash, lousy office staff, etc. couple additional items. They let residents drive on the grass behind building I, as if it was a road, at any time of the day or night! In January 2021 had a shooting which resulted in homicide. In July 2021, a resident tried to break into another residents apartment and other residents had the dude at gunpoint! Even sent emails to owner of haven, regional and the reply was “we will handle swiftly”. Never happened! All facts, all truth. Have the emails. STAY AWAY!

It’s a horrible place to live. The management and maintenance staff are very unprofessional. There could be a hole in a bedroom & the ceiling falling off in a bathroom and they will not care. They are extremely rude!

The amenities that are advertised are always locked up or don't happen. Trash pickup maybe happens once a week. The pool was closed 95% of the summer. The gym is only open when staff is in the office, which isn't convenient for anyone with a full time job. Now the enclosed soccer field is chained which was nice to let my dogs run in since since there isn't a dog park. The grass isn't kept up with and frequently gets so long it has seeds. Somehow the dumpsters are always overflowing with trash. Positives: Low rent. Pets allowed with no weight limit. Spacious 1 bedroom.

I have lived here since Feb.. My apartment is humongous, and while I have had a few maintenance issues they were eventually all taken care of.. The grounds are beautiful and well kept.. If you are super picky or racist these apartments probably aren't for you.. I however find the living comfortable and convenient...

This apartment has some of the worst living conditions and management I have ever seen. I highly suggest you avoid living here at all costs. Here are the issues I encountered in my year living here: - There was a dangerous hole in our balcony when we moved in that was never fixed. - We were paying for amenities we never received (laundry facility, fitness center, pool closed for 10 months). - We were asked to make a copy of our key three times, as the first two copies could not be found. Our lock was never changed despite these missing keys to our apartment. - Maintenance requests were marked as complete without any work being done. - Air conditioning went out at least 5 times starting the week we moved in, with no complete fix being made until a week before we moved out. - Emergency maintenance requests were ignored and never addressed. - Heating went out in the middle of the winter. - Break-ins were occurring, and management gave no security warning despite being aware of it. - Management gave inconsistent answers, constantly changing expected completion dates of the laundry facility. I was finally told they could not have any idea when it would be finished, meaning all other answers were not the truth. - Parking policies were not enforced, causing there to be inadequate parking for the number of cars in the lot. This property is absolutely horrible and an unacceptable place to live. I urge you to keep looking and find somewhere else to live. Don’t make my mistake.
Mold in my apartment. Work order marked as "complete" although they've haven't even came out to fix anything I submittedt. Customer service is horrible. No one calls you back. It took me almost 3 weeks to get a new toilet. My dishwasher has been broke for two weeks with no one telling me what's going on. My water pressure is horrible in the bathroom and the doors pop off track when you barely touch them. Yet this was marked as "completed".
When I moved in I was promised all new appliances but the dishwasher was clearly used. It still had pieces of food and dirt from the prior tenants. My back patio door has also been missing the handle since I moved in, mind you I have been living here almost an entire year. I have complained about it multiple times and still nothing. The vent hood over the stove stopped working over 6 months ago. I have brought that to their attention atleast 6 times, and it's still not fixed. And last but not least my air conditioner has been out for 5 days. I have called to complain and been to the office multiple times, still no one has come to repair it... it's well over 95 degrees in my apartment. Living here is starting to become unbearable, and if you go to the office to complain, they are very confrontational. Thank God my lease is up in the next month. I will definitely not be renewing it. And I urge you not to move here. You will definitely be disappointed especially for the price you have to pay in rent. Also don't let the pool fool you... it was only open for 2 weeks all last summer...
this places is so bad I wouldn't even let the animal shelter house dogs here, the apt complex is very dirty, the whole staffs is unorganized, work orders are made late, the office cant keep anyone, the buildings get vandalized, its so not worth the prices.
Well they are not the cleanest place but it is manageable. Maintenance never comes when they say they would. Now don't get me wrong, I understand things happen, but when you go back to the office to check on things they act as if y o u never came in to make the work order. They lost it or just don't care. My wife and I have been living here for about six or seven years. So, like I said it's manageable. They also have one of the best rates for the square footage. That's great for the pockets, if you know what I am saying. They have working on many upgrades. New pool, business center, and they building a new fitness center, can't wait for that to be done. Great place for children.
It is a fair place but way to expensive for a 1 bedroom 1 bath. The managers never put in the effort to get things done for example ever since I moved in I have not gotten the hole in my storage room repaired. I have called and complained various times and still nothing then my floor is starting to pop off when it converts in to the kitchen to tile still nothing nor no one has came to fix it. They are unorganized when it comes to maintience work PAINT JOB IS HORRIBLE AS WELL.
