The facilities are great but the smell from the pig farm behind the complex can be overwhelming at times. I can hardly stand to enjoy my balcony on hot summer nights because of the smell coming from the farm.

I love living at Hathon! I have been here since they opened! The apartments are so beautiful and the views from the balconies are amazing! If you have any kind of trouble you just fill out a maintenance slip and they come right away and fix whatever is wrong. The management is amazing, Kelsi is always willing to help with anything that you may need! I wouldn't live anywhere else! The grounds are very well maintained and so beautiful!

I do not recommend living in this building. It looks all new and clean but don’t let it fool you. We are very clean people and have had mice coming in climbing everywhere even on our couch! The rent is so expensive and the bills you will pay for electricity is ridiculous because the windows are cheap and don’t keep any heat in. You will feel extreme drafts during the winter. Stay away from this building.. we cannot wait for our lease to be up to leave.

Very friendly community and staff my only issue for the outside is people not picking up after their dogs! And also trash is an issue I’m worried about the smell and rodents when the days get warmer. Also electrical boxes need updating since fuses blow all the time and I wish my hallway door could be fixed but was told it couldn’t be

The property is very clean. The gym is well equipped with excellent equipment. Once we had a clogged food disposal. The response by maintenance was quick and efficient. I like that it is pet friendly, since we have two cats. There is plenty of seating in the lobby.

1st day moving in. Easy entry with elevator. People are friendly and staff is helpful. Apartment was clean upon arrival and keyless entry was no issue setting up.

Nice luxury building, the lobby has great space for people to relax, have meetings and play pool. The gym is great except I’ll prefer more equipment to use. The downside is the mice infestation, I’ve experienced three mice running around my apartment. I’m a very clean person and I’ve experienced this within 6 months of living here, a email on this infection would have been nice, didn’t know this building was having so many issues. The windows have air blowing in due to bad installation and I had to pay a very high electric bill because of my heat being on all winter. I hear my neighbors upstairs walking around very hard every day. I see that the monthly emails have just continued, I would love to see more events and challenges where people can earn things. It will get more people involved.

Amenities are good, but maintenance is average so it’s Good for short term. We had multiple issues with the apartment, but the maintenance isn’t ideal enough to show up on time sometimes I don’t show up

Been here for four and a half months. Great location. Beautiful views. Management and maintenance are terrific; always a smile and a hello. Wish the construction crew had been better at their jobs. My apartment has many defects: uneven floors; in the master BR, the floor is not level: at one end of the room, the floor slopes downward, at the other end, it slopes upward; cracks in the walls some of which are quite large; gaps between baseboards and walls; gaps between baseboards and floor; cracks in shower grout; after the shower was caulked along the bottom, holes developed in some areas and mold has developed in others; dishwasher is extremely loud and located just outside the master bedroom (floor plans vary); due to what I believe are flaws in the ceiling exhaust in the master BA and kitchen, I never know what odor I will encounter: often it smells like a sewer. Twice, it was steak. If these kinds of things bother you, be sure to inspect the unit you will rent.

Pretty quiet, nice residents but being a pet owner that is very conscious about picking up after my dog it’s unfortunate that some won’t abide by the rules of the community to do so.

The apartment complex is nice with great amenities. We had some issues with the unit itself but they handle maintenance and other services needed quickly.

If you have any issues, don’t expect them to be fixed for quite some time. Typically “you get what you pay for”, but not here. Everything is made with cheap quality, the hallways smell constantly from the trash room.

I really enjoy living at Hathon. The layout of my apartment with an easy to maintain clean modern design great and works perfectly for me. I like it’s nice and quiet inside, and also has a community feel. The staff here are very efficient and responsive to my needs, the property is very well maintained, and dog friendly. The community overall is well kept. The building is always clean. There are a few things we have an issue with . First is the trash and recycling. It sometimes gets so full and we end up with so much of it in our own apartment waiting for the recycling shoot to be empty. The windows & insulation here are not the greatest. In the winter you feel drafts coming through making the apartment feel so cold so you raise your thermostat which then you end up paying so much more on electricity. We were away for 2 weeks and our electric bill only went down $5! It almost feels like we are paying for the rest of the building’s electric bill because we never paid this much when we lived in a home for electricity. Our neighbors were cooking something that had extremely strong odors. their kitchen is next to our bedroom and please tell me why our room started smelling just like their food! We had to turn on candles and put our air purifiers on blast not sure if the walls are made of paper mache.
