Built in the 1940s, the building was originally nurses' accommodation and was converted to lofts with a total building and grounds renovation in 2006. Located in the heart of Midtown, your loft is just a short walk away from locally owned eateries and popular pubs such as Elk Valley Brewing, 1492 Latin Cuisine, Stella, McNellie's, The Garage, Insomnia Cookies, Barrios, Ludivine, R&J Lounge and Supper Club, Elemental Coffee, Cafe do Brazil, and many more. Numerous retail shops and Saint Anthony's Hospital are also within walking distance, and a streetcar stop, linking Midtown with downtown and Bricktown, is less than 300 feet from the front door. The building is extremely secure with gated parking, access control at the front door, and a security camera system monitoring the exterior.
