Property Ratings at Harvest Lofts
Nice looking apts but living over the garages was awful. Who knew people run to fast food for every meal, necessitating the opening and shutting of the garages going and then coming back at any hour? Who knew people open their noisy garages when they are only going to be home a short time and do this all throughout the day when they could simply park in front of it for fifteen minutes? Crazy. Our sleep suffered greatly living here due to the above and it was very anxiety-provoking to hear people opening and shutting garages when you want to sleep and it's right under you. Some people have no consideration for others and the people most like that will most likely have garages under your apt -- in a 2 bdr. above garages, you have 3 garages under you, one being yours. If you want to live here, don't live above the garages! Further, beware your deposit. Even after meticulous cleaning, if all surfaces don't "shine" (I kid you not that is their verbiage), you will be deducted a lot. We wouldn't recommend living here unless you want to lose much of your deposit due to "shine" issues, and don't choose an apt not over the garages.
I have lived in multiple apartments and this is the loudest place ever. You can hear your neighbors toilet flushing. There have been several safety issues including the DEA drug bust at our neighbors apartment and I warned by three separate neighbors that their cars were broken into, Rockwood management has not done anything to keep the community safe. Then said they were going to have a patrol and we have never seen a patrol car..
We recently moved into Harvest Lofts and we love it! The area is clean and new with a safe park next door for our daughter. The apartment is modern with an incredibly functional floor plan. Jessica helped us in the office and she was always prompt and professional!
