I pay for a trash service every month and the trash people haven’t taken my trash since I moved in. Trash is piling up, they say it’s outside of the can and I’ve shown pics and videos of my trash that is securely tied up in bags INSIDE the trash can. Property manager then says it has to be one bag or they won’t take anything. It clearly states on the trash bin they are supposed to take up to two. She tells me I can take my own trash to the dumpster and I am still expected to pay $25 a month for their valet trash service. They raised my rent almost $500 for a renovated, but smaller apartment. The first time I stepped foot inside my new apartment to look around for the first time, I was locked INSIDE a second story apartment. Someone installed the lock backwards, not to mention my fridge didn’t work, the water to the washer wasn’t hooked up, and many many other things needed done. As of right now there are still things needing done. My old apartment had a peep hole at the front door and a security latch in addition to the normal lock. My new apartment has no peep hole and no extra latch. I requested both and they refuse. Keep in mind there is no window by the door so to see who is there I would have to actually open it. When I talked to property manager she told me “just don’t answer the door”. When they fixed the mess up from the backwards lock, they gave me a lock that unlocked at random and I had to wait a week for that to be fixed. They are issuing parking passes now and you get one per lease holder. I have two cars and they are trying to make me pay $50 per month for another pass or have me park across the complex in visitor parking. I have witnessed homeless people walking around the lot breaking into cars and I told her that and that I wasn’t comfortable with parking my car there. (I complained when that happened with the previous owners and nothing was done or looked into) the solution is to pay for an extra pass. I will never recommend anybody to live here. Many more issues including mice problem in winter, ants in the summer (I had ants crawling through my sliding glass door in the bedroom onto my bed) the property manager did not care when I told her, she ignored me and my request for an exterminator. They don’t take care of the property in the winter, won’t shovel or lay salt. Mold and the solution is to paint over it. Drawers glued together and fall apart when you pull to open the door. I could go on and on. Don’t rent here! you will regret it!

My car got stolen out of their parking lot and they did nothing to help and their parking lot cameras don't work. On top of that it is way overpriced for what you are getting
