Property Ratings at HARRISON ESTATES
The apartment is nice, very spacious, and I can almost never hear my neighbors. All of the appliances are new, and everything works well enough. That being said, it is in the middle of a construction zone, so there is noise from that, and everything is covered in mud, all of the time. There is also an odor that sweeps over the area, every so often. If you go into town, the smell is not present there, but hangs around until you come back. Overall, I think the apartment is good, nothing special, but the neighborhood is not great at all.
