Your safety is not worth their money.
When my roommate became mentally unstable and dangerous, they denied me the ability to change the locks for mine and the property’s safety. They then sent me to collections over damages my roommate caused after them denying my plea. They do not care about your safety, only their money.

Headache
Working with the leasing office and management company has been a terrible experience. All the positive reviews are before the new company took over end of 2022/ start of 2023. Communication was terrible and while they came up with rules/ policies to make this a better place to live, they weren't followed. Overall, the experience was a headache

Nightmarish Final Month: Bedroom Flood and Negligence
I resided in this complex for nearly two years, but my last month here was an absolute disaster. My bedroom flooded due to issues in the apartment above. Thankfully, I was already planning to move out, or this would have been even more catastrophic. Despite the flood occurring on a Monday, the restoration company didn't arrive until Friday. I endured sleeping on my couch while the entire apartment reeked of mold. Even after their intervention, the room was still damp and emitted a toxic odor that caused headaches within minutes. Upon re-entering, I discovered the entire bedroom wall was covered in black mold, in a space they had assured me was safe. I hastily packed and reported the additional issue. Their attempts to address this situation have been abysmal. Their offer of $12 in compensation is insulting. There was no rent credit for the month, nor any acknowledgment of the days the room was deemed uninhabitable. This treatment is a slap in the face after being a responsible tenant. I shudder to think how I would have coped if this incident had occurred earlier in my lease. If you're left with no other options, I strongly advise conducting a thorough inspection of any unit they assign you. They display a reckless disregard for the health and safety of their tenants, despite the hefty price tag for these supposed "luxury" apartments.

By far the quickest , and easiest move I’ve ever had , Sloan (we’re both from Tennessee) was awesome. She gave me a same day tour , and assisted me with the application process right after. My fiancé and I signed the lease the next day and was in our new home before we could think twice . Thank you so much !

The Reserve at Harper’s Crossing was the best decision that I ever made. The beautiful location coupled with vast amenities makes living here a vacation! Great place
This is a very good place to live. It features lots of amenities great for all ages including a pool, grills, a fire pit, fireplace, and a gym. It is a relatively safe area and good for a family.

Been here since 2020 and can’t bring it upon ourselves to leave because of the amazing leasing office staff who understands the situations life may throw at us. They helped us so many times when we were late on rent. Maintenance always goes out of their way to make sure you’re satisfied and everything gets done in one visit and always done quickly. We’re currently saving for a house to buy next year and can’t come to terms with parting ways here. Truly love this place. I’ve lived at 2 other apartment complexes & was never satisfied until I started living here.

I have a had a positive experience living at Reserve at Harper's Crossing these past 3 years. My only complaint now is ever since they remodeled the apartment above me with hardwood floors it is extremely noisy.

I love living here, its a beautiful landscaped community and quiet. Pool and area is nicely kept, as well as the clubhouse area. Office staff are very polite and helpful.

My husband, our yorkie and I sold our single family home of thirty years. The Reserve at Harpers Crossing was the only apartment complex in the area that offered a true resort life style. We feel like were on vacation all the time. The neighbors are wonderful and the property is extremely dog friendly We couldnt be happier with our decision

My overall move in experience had been wonderful. During the peak of Covid-19 I was able to work with a representative in securing an apartment months in advance. They were very informative about the entirety of the community which did not disappoint. Additionally when any issues have come up there has been prompt communication and service addressing them. Further the members of this community have been absolutely wonderful and welcoming! I have been advising many of my friends and family to make the move to Harpers Crossing.

Harpers Crossing is a fantastic apartment home community. The units are well maintained with top quality materials, and up to date modern farmhouse style kitchens and baths. It is very pleasant to take walks here, the landscaping is beautiful and the amenities and clubhouse make you feel like you are at a resort. Neighbors are courteous and clean and any everyone is very friendly. If you have a pet, there are two great dog parks and lots of pals for your furry friends to hang out with. I highly recommend Harpers Crossing in Langhorne, convenient to both I-95 and Route 1 and close to the quaint historic towns of Newtown and Yardley.

As a previous home owner for 25 years, I remember the day we first moved out of our old apartment into a new home. When something didn't work the joke between my husband and I was, "how can we call matainence to repair our problem?" We would laugh to each other, knowing that matainence didn't exist in a individual home, only in apartment dwellings. .Also, we'd have to wait many days in order to get a repair man out to our house! We searched for a temporary new place while looking for a new home. we came across, Harpers Crossing Community. We liked those extra amenities that this community had to offer. So, we decided to move into these apartments while looking for a new single home. The first time we had to call for a repair, well, this time we could call matainence and didn't have to wait for days to get someone to repair our problem. The office personal were very nice upon taking our needed request and soon there was a knock on our door to find matainence there, ready to take care of our problem. We found the matainence people to be efficient, knowledgeable, kind and ready to help us in any way. My husband and I were quite impressed with the knowledge and excellent customer service they gave to us for our repair needs. This time we could call matainence to get our repairs done in an efficient, timely way in order to solve any of our problems!.

I think the staff in the office and maintenance are wonderful. I do feel like the community needs to clean up a little better. I shouldnt have to look at trash on balconies, Christmas trees, and beach chairs. If I wanted that view I could go rent in Trenton, NJ for a quarter of the price.

The complex is well kept and apartments are well kept. The maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner and I am always satisfied with the work and support staff in the leasing office. Sidewalks are cleared and salted in a timely manner too.
