Harborside Village Apartments

Harborside Village Apartments are a hidden gem. Located on the Gunpowder River, these waterfront apartments offer lovely views of river wildlife and access to the boating community. Within walking distance/short drive to a library, schools, churches, marina, Mariner Point Park, grocery store, post office and several local family owned restaurants. Units are roomy (My 1 bedroom unit is 900 sq. ft.). Each unit includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, central A/C and heating, large balcony/patio, walk-in closets and a storage unit. Additional amenities include a gym, children’s playroom, pickle ball court, playground, pool, outside grilles, fishing and benches throughout this park like community. Large windows to enjoy the view. Cross ventilation from the wonderful river breeze keeps my utility prices down. Ample parking. Mail boxes are located inside the lobby. The onsite staff members are amazing. They host multiple events throughout the year making Harborside Village feel like a “community” and not just another “apartment complex”. The office staff is very welcoming; always service with a smile. The maintenance staff is top notch – polite, professional and very responsive. Many residents have lived here for years including myself (10 years and counting). Testimony that Harborside Village feels like home.

My daughters and I have lived her since December 2023 and we love it here!! Alyse and Jamie are amazing!!! We’ve come to love them so so much!! We love our neighbors and the neighborhood! it’s safe and there are so many families that live here! the leasing office has residents events and it really makes us feel like we are apart of such an amazing complex! i recommend HarborsideVillage! 10/10!

Amazing place to live. The staff is responsive and friendly. The facilities are kept clean and up to date. Maintenance requests are responded to right away. Highly recommend living here.

The area is quite beautiful with waterfront views, management and neighbors are all friendly, maintenance comes fast, they have a gym, fishing area, park, and pool, community engagement is great with scavenger hunts chili cook offs Christmas light contest wine nights and more!

I have been a resident with harborside village apts for 7 months now. No complaints at all from me. I love it here from the environment, to the staff, to even my neighbors. The staff is so great, sweet, kind, excellent in what they do. They understand you and care for each of their residents.Hands down the best apartment complex in Harford County. They take pride in what they do around here. Harborside Village takes care of there residents they have different activities every month for residents to do. They give little presents and leave them at your front door. This is far the best place in Harford County to live and I lived in harford county most my life. Harborside Village is a great, quiet place to live. I appreciate everything they do for us here. At the time Judith, Jamie got me into being a resident here and let me say she went above and beyond. I had applied and said I would be on the waiting list thought it was going to be a long time before I know it they called me within 2 months and got me an apartment in my budget range. The apartments are very immaculate and very spacious. All the staff goes above and beyond. I honestly never had an apartment complex treat their residents like they have. I am sure that I will be staying here for the long haul. I appreciate and love Harborside Village.

I'm going on my first year here at Harborside Village and have been very pleased with the facilities, staff and response from management. I love how they stay engaged with the community by having various activities including free Yoga in the summer, contests (I won a nice gift card) holiday related activities for the kids too. The gym is clean and well maintained and accessible to all residents. The 1 bedroom is 900 sq ft with a nice walk in closet and a large porch (mine over looks the water....inlet to the gunpowder river) There is a nice restaurant, Royal Farms and beautiful park within walking distance! I do feel at times that I am at a resort on vacation on the weekends lol Thank you Harborside Village!

The area surrounding the complex is clean and well-maintained. The marina across the way gives it a "mariners" feel, comfortable and restful.

Harborside Village is a great place to live. It is close to the water with beautiful views. The office staff are friendly and actually care when you express concerns. The grounds are well kept and the trash area is well maintained/picked up on time. Isha B.

The staff is amazing, friendly and prompt in dealing with any issue. The apartments are kept clean and maintained very well, free from mold. The water nearby gives a calm atmosphere and the pool in the summer is a real bonus! Love living here !

Harborside Village Apartments is an absolutely wonderful place to live. I resided there for nearly 3 1/2 years! The leasing staff, management and maintenance crew are dynamic and the grounds are always well kept and beautiful! The apartments are spacious and the community is great! Monique T.

I moved into harborside village in oct 2019, since moving here I have experienced nothing but the best! The office staff is extremely professional and pleasant, the maintenance staff is quick, thorough and pleasant, the property is very well maintained and beautiful! I have come home on several occasions to find the cutest little gifts from the office on my doorstep! They really go above and beyond for their residents and it makes me so happy to call this my home!!

I have lived a harborside village for 20yrs. I have been very happy here. The personal in the rental office have always been great very happy and friendly. If there's anything that you are in need of there right there. Harborside has also keep the place very nice and each year that have upgraded something, weather is the fence around the swimming pool or new address plates for each building with nice boat pictures and lights.

I live at a hidden gem. We have a Professional staff, 24 hour maintenance, Waterside view, Courtyard view, Tennis court, Swimming pool, State of the Art Fitness center. Our Elementary Middle & High Schools are within walking distance to the Public Library. We have several places of worship. I love the Family owned restaurants and 24 hour grocery store. Marc train, shuttle & commuter bus access are reliable. Hop in your car and take a five minute drive to 895,95, 695 Interstate. We have beautiful Mallard ducks who enjoy the community as well. Please visit and see for yourself.

I've been here for 4 months now and have had nothing but a great experience. The staff in the leasing office is nice and more than helpful. When you need maintenance, they are usually there within 30 minutes or less! The pool, gym, billiard room, and the newly renovated tennis court make for great place at to stay active. I come home everyday and can relax by the water. It makes me feel at home!

My husband and I moved in a year ago and love it! It is located close to Baltimore and 95. The property is set off of the Bay and we can leave our boat in the water. The gym facility and pool is very clean and easy to access. Maintenance is quickly responsive to resolve the few issues we have encountered and they do a lot of preventive maintenance throughout the year. The apartment itself if a good size especially for the rent compared to anywhere else we looked in the area. The only thing negatives are the kitchen is on the smaller side and they do not allow dogs. Other than that I absolutely recommend it!

What could be more relaxing after a hard day at work than to come home with a beautiful view of the Gunpowder Cove and immerse yourself in the beautiful sights and sounds of a luxurious waterfront community? That is how I feel every day living at Harborside Village Apartments. The scenery is gorgeous and peaceful and the apartment is amazing. It feels more like living in a large condo. The rooms are spacious and there are so many extra touches and features you would never expect from vaulted ceilings in the bedroom, huge bedroom closets, tremendous sized bathroom with beautiful tile floors, marbled effect counter tops and even a sink in the shape of a seashell. We have plentiful ammenities, such as a waterfront pool, a gym, a billiards room, and gazebo with seating and barbecue grills. It's a convenient location with a library within walking distance, grocery stores, gas stations, and entry of shopping nearby. I truly love living here and feel so fortunate to have found a place so nice to live. The staff here is very considerate and helpful with anything you need. It's a great place to call home.
