Harbor Park

Been here for 10 years don’t see myself moving anytime soon it’s very peaceful. The neighbors are nice so are the people who work in the office. And the addition of the pool. Was long overdue. I recommend anyone I know to move in here.

A beautiful place to live but lacking attention to repairs and neglecting the safety and well being of the families here.

I love it here so far my kids love it we enjoy our home

Pretty easy going, one of the best things is it’s a very pet friendly community. The construction can be a bit much at times but it will be complete sooner or later.

While the apartment complex has a convenient location and a safe community, the negatives often outweigh the positives. The amenities are limited and not well maintained, the laundry facilities are outdated and unreliable, and management is not always helpful or responsive when problems come up. Maintenance requests can take longer than expected, and parking is often a challenge. Overall, although the complex provides a place to live, it falls short in several key areas that make day-to-day living more difficult than it should be.

It’s been an easygoing and pleasant experience. The staff is very helpful and professional so far. And the place is really nice! I would like to rent a garage in the future. Hopefully that option is available.

Rent getting high to high multiple things in the apartment hasn't been fixed or changed ?? for the amount that we pay at least the calking of our tub can b re done i have to call multiple times to get any thing fixed

There have been many improvements since I have lived here. Management has made it possible to let the everyone know what will be improved before it happens.

My apartment is roach infested. The staff in the office have a horrible system for communicating and all being on the same page! Im absolutely dissatisfied and want to move

had a good experience moving! Marshall is the best! definitely a family friendly neighborhood. Haven't ad no issues so far with everything and hoping to stay here for a while!

The apartments are cool, but we all don’t have a washing machine some units. Don’t I feel like the two bedroom should have a washing machine because I have a little baby and it’s hard to wash her because some of the washing machine machines are always broke the washing machine stinks very badly or locked and they’re not unlocked on time. I have to go to the office to tell them to unlock the Wash house. It’s just so much that needs to be done.

The community so far is peaceful, opening and supportive in helping people find homes for themselves, very much consistent and considerate to life challenges and worries.

Harbor Park apartment homes are a nice layout and the management team were so kind and knowledgeable. The leasing manager took the time to explain the application process and answer all my questions.

My housing experiences are very positive with Harbor Park apartment homes. Harbor Park staff are very accomadating. Thier response time pertaining to your requests are magnificent. I am very comfortable and feel safe living here! The staff is amazingly responsive to individuals needs. I am very comfortable° living here.

Best place I lived every quiet peaceful nice scenery clean lots of space great place to live and would recommend it to friends you don’t have to worry about nosy neighbors

It's ok rent a lil high but it's nice area been here if 10 years only complaint is rent but we in California are adding new things hopefully every thing is cool

Living here has been a breath of fresh air, Marshall is an absolute angel & I love that there are soo many amenities to enjoy on to of the community events they host

My overall experience living at Harbor Park would be great! I am very proud of the assistance that I receive when I need clarification or assistance with Harbor Parks procedures.

The complex is pretty quite with occasional argument from a neighbor as expected. The grounds are well kept even while construction is going on.

It’s ok could get better as far as the community. A lot of improvements are needed more maintenance crew team should be hire as they can’t fully fulfilled the work orders quickly

Ever since signing on with Harbor Park, Marshall has been so helpful. They are always so kind and courteous. Always willing to answer any questions we may have.

It started off good but slowly started going downhill as months went by. We’d call SVT multiple times a week/months about noise complaints but nothing was ever done. Then roaches started coming out of no where and that issue still isn’t fixed and I’ve emailed about it many times. Just makes me disappointed that before we moved in I asked if roaches were an issue and I was told no which was false. Hoping things can change in the future.

It’s been okay neighbors are often loud and they have loud dogs I’ve complained about and no one has reached out to me and it’s been a while

Harbor Park is a lovely community. Leasing staff is nice and friendly. Even tho there is construction going on the community is still being kept up.

So far my experience hasn’t been the greatest. Our neighbors are very inconsiderate. We’ve complained multiple times. The leasing office also has done nothing about it amongst other complaints. They never mentioned roaches to be an issue and that’s one of the things I asked before moving in and that’s all I’ve been seeing. Our apartment is very clean so the fact that they keep coming out through the floor or bathroom is alarming. Very unhappy about it. Can’t even relax in peace because I’m worried I’ll see bugs.

These apartments are not the best apartments at all the staff are no help with lost or stolen property of keys and really the remote to the gate is $75 when I lived in a nicer apartment with more amenities the remotes replacement were only $30 I don’t recommend this apartment to anybody

Harbor park has been a great community to live in and with the new upgrades should be beautiful. They could keep the grounds cleaner and do a better job of having people clean after their dogs. Also there has been an increase of people parking on the walk way, someone driving a four wheeler thru the property, and people using charcoal grills. Lately things seem a little more chaotic.

I haven't officially moved in yet, but the virtual community seems friendly... The 5 star goes to Marshal for making the whole process of applying and getting things done, pleasant and up-beat.

It would be a huge plus if we had a washer/dryer in the units. I believe the security gate isn’t working due to the construction crews and whatnot, but it is a concern

Great and affordable place to live! It's always quiet and everyone is so friendly. I love that there are pets everywhere and kids always playing.

My family and I love it here! Our neighbors have been super nice and management has been very helpful! Thank you Marshall for all your help!

At first the experience was good but now after 4 years of living here it is getting worse. The rental amount does not match the amenities given or the aesthetic of the community grounds.

Overall experience is great. The property looks beautiful. People seem to keep to themselves for the most part. It is a nice place for a fresh start or even a starter home. The staff is very friendly.

Great place to live friendly and professional staff!!

I started my journey with Harbor Park in July. Everytime I passed it I couldn't stop looking at it. Beautiful property. I finally was able to apply with my mom and one of my favorite people helped us through the entire process. He took us on a tour. Answers all of my questions even if it's the same question or an obvious answer he has a polite and respectful tone. The whole office is like that though which is a high priority to me. The two helping us getting into a unit worked and fought and got us into one. My mom has a room and my kids have the other. I'm in the living room which is big enough for my bed, couch, recliner, and hopefully a dining table. The kitchen is a dream. The bathroom is spacious. I'm proud to say that I live here.

Harbor park grounds are well kept, my apartment spacious, and the building itself is fairly quiet and safe. There is security most nights. They could offer more amenities or community amenities for the price.

The bad: Rent increases $200 every year, but nothing has changed to warrant the rent increase. Poor floor insulation that results in constant noise complaints. I live in a three bedroom apartment on the highest floor. I have small children, who I have to basically have to have tiptoe around the house because the residents downstairs will complain about the smallest noise. No AC, during the summer months it is almost uninhabitable to be in your apartment. Inside my apartment was over 100 degrees on more than one occasion. Inside the gated community, my car was broken into twice, my garage was broken into and my belongings were stolen. A very important package was stolen from my doorstep. The gate is constantly broken. The walk up gate has been broken for years. Residents regularly fight outside. Residents in my building smoke and the smoke travels into my apartment. There is constant street racing at all hours of the day in the street in front of the complex. You can hear gunshots regularly. None of this is Harbor Park’s responsibility but it does speak to the quality of neighborhood residents are paying up to $3k a month to live in. The good: the office staff are very nice and flexible. The maintenance staff are hardworking, kind, and professional, they do an excellent job at keeping the community clean.

This is a very nice, quiet and well kept Property!

I haven’t had a good experience here at all. Two of my cars have been broken into the trash site is disgusting and unkept, there’s no security as promised. They charge for every little thing even down to the blinds being replaced. The front desk staff constantly tell you all different readings of policy and procedures. You make a complaint and nothing ever gets done about it. The parking situation is a joke, they say you have assigned parking but someone is always parked in your stall, you tell the front office and nothing ever gets done. It’s entirely too much money, for no service at all and the management truly acts like they don’t care. The laundry room literally has one small washer and dryer for the entire building I live in. There’s no seating in it no area to fold and it’s dirty. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I would never recommend living in here.

I moved-in September 2020 during the pandemic but the process was smooth and Alicia was super patient and helpful. I have not had lots of maintenance issue which is important to me, and when we do the maintenance team is on it within the day sometimes. The apartment is spacious and quiet despite there being children and a large complex. The grounds are well kept and the garbage cans are maintained in good order. No problems love it here
