Property Ratings at Harbor Lofts
I'm thrilled with my apartment's great location! The rooms are surprisingly spacious, and as a dog owner, I appreciate the pet-friendly policy. Parking is a breeze, which is a huge plus. What's impressive is how affordable it is for the quality you get. The view overlooking the marina is stunning, and being right next to the biking paths is fantastic for outdoor activities. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality living at a great price!
I toured all 3rd floor 1 bedroom apartments on 4-27-23. PRO’s: Quartz counter tops Modern design for Fox Valley Eye catching staircase Allows dogs Nice area to walk your dog Nice wide hallways CON’s: Way too expensive Building entrance packages susceptible to theft High traffic restaurants side and behind building Unprotected parking lot could be prone to theft NO front entry closet for jackets Lack of closet/storage space Average appliances. Should be higher end for rent Incorrect apartment features info on website James/Property Manager was not versed on apartments features/flooring? Low water pressure Average stackable washer/dryer in bathroom Insufficient bedroom closet size As I was walking down a couple stairs I noticed they were wobbly/not secured/safety issue Average quality carpet Small elevator for moving large sofas/will have an issue fitting it in My take away is that I was excited to tour the property BUT after getting home and going over what I had seen I decided this just had too many negatives/concessions that I would have to make to live at Harbor Lofts.
I viewed this space a few weeks ago and was amazed by how incredible the apartments were. Huge floor plans, unique, in the perfect location and very high quality.
