I've lived at this apartment complex for 10 months now, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing and frustrating. My car was broken into, and we've had two bikes stolen that our kids use to ride to school daily. Our neighbor has also had two e-bikes stolen. The main gate to the complex has only functioned about 20% of the time we've lived here, it is mainly just open all the time, and the pedestrian access gates don’t latch at all. With a bus stop directly outside, this means anyone does walk into the community at any time. There is little to no actual security presence or working deterrents. There are security cameras up, but we recently heard that they do not work so there is no way to even see who is coming onto the property. The one trash compactor on the property is constantly overflowing. It’s unsightly, unsanitary, and never seems to be properly maintained. Our water is shut off roughly once a month for “maintenance” without any real explanation. On top of that, if you happen to be home when maintenance staff show up, they often act like you’re inconveniencing them, or they don’t seem to know how to fix the issue at all. We even had a mouse in our unit. When we reported it, we were essentially dismissed — told it “wasn’t the season” and that no one else had reported any issues, so they didn’t think it was a real concern. Completely unhelpful and invalidating. Parking is very limited, and it’s often a daily struggle to find a spot anywhere near your building — especially after hours. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone looking for a secure, well-maintained, or responsive place to live. There are far too many ongoing issues that are ignored or downplayed by management. Renters deserve better — especially at the prices being charged here.

Since I moved, it has been the worst experience of my life. We found fleas and cockroaches in the apartment. Water falls from the ceiling in the bathroom and there is fungus. The administration says that out of "courtesy" they sent someone to fumigate when it is their responsibility. They also sent a statement that they are breaking the windows of the cars and stealing the belongings, this place is not safe. I have been living here for a month and I regret it.

Slow maintenance response and something is always broken. Running water - maybe, hot water - sometimes, low water pressure - always, bugs, good luck with parking (even reserved). Carpets are sticky with holes worn in them. Can't cook without smoke alarm going off. A/C drains on your head in the shower. Do yourself a favor and keep on looking!
Got into the new apartment, it was nicer but still had problems. Toilets were so outdated, there was literally plastic clear tape INSIDE THE TOILET holding it together! PATHETIC! JUST GET A NEW TOILET ARE YOU SERIOUS. I pay thousands of dollars for rent, you can’t buy a new toilet for an apartment??? This was another maintenance request that took about 3 weeks to get looked at, in the mean time I had to manually flush the toilet by going inside the toilet bowl and picking up the flapper or whatever it’s called. DISGUSTING. Also, our kitchen sink would leak CONSTANTLY...... through out the night all you hear, is “drip drip drip.” Drove us crazy. Maintenance guy would try to fix it, but within 24 hrs it was dripping again. Because AGAIN, its need a NEW sink! If they don’t upgrades these apartments soon, the whole place will literally go to trash. But It is already a dump. To be dealing with all these problems when we’re already really busy students, we don’t have time to be worrying about getting things fixed in our apartment. Everything was always an inconvenience for us. Its not worth it.
I’ve lived here for a year and just renewed my lease. This place has the best floor plan you can get in Corpus without hurting your wallet. I 100% recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
I moved her to get away from an apartment complex and should have stayed. I was given a garage that would noy close even after it was "fixed". Got a new 1 and it looked like some1 had a small farm in it. Trash everywhere and the light does not work. The water is constantly off for hours. The office employees are never on the same page. I see why they have the move in special.
Unfortunately, you may not want to live here for several reasons. We have lived here for four years and in that time we have seen an increase in a water bill from $30-140 every month for two people. There are major water problems on the property and instead of the owners paying for the leaks and repairs, the cost is deferred to the tenants and results in overcharging on our water bills every month. The owners are not responsible business owners and every issue that occurs on the property, the cost is deferred to the tenants and the property is always cutting corners when it comes to repairs. In addition, the owners overcharge tenants when they move out. The tenant is responsible to steam clean the carpets, remove all normal wear and tear or they are charged exorbitant fees. Then, you are asked to pay cash for these charges which is very peculiar. We were very good tenants and took great care of the apartment. We even hired someone to clean the apartment before we left and we were still charged $386 in fees. Trust me when I say that you will be much happier living somewhere else. God Bless you in finding a good apartment with owners who actually care about their tenants and who will not take advantage of you.
I just moved in during September so far our apartment is amazing.
This apartment was not a great experience from the get go. Mold stains on the ceiling. No coke machines on the premises. Lol! It's a must! I lived on the second floor and it just seemed as if the walls and floors were extremely thin. We constantly got complaints and into altercations with our downstairs neighbor..& it's not as if we were purposely being loud. The whole apartment just creeked as if it were ancient. Thank goodness move out is on Friday. ??????
Arbors on Saratoga are great. They are close to several different stores and places to eat but it doesn't feel like you're in the middle of chaos. Once inside the complex it is quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. They have family events monthly. Maintenance is great, staff is helpful and friendly. Floor plans are unique. Trash pick-up right from your door. This place is HOME!
