On site management and maintenance has changed. Both Hector and Julia are very pleasant and easy to work with. They care about the tenant's experience and strive to answer any questions.
If you're thinking about renting from this place run the staff suck and they don't respond and you can't get water for your showers it's a really crappy place Go somewhere else save yourself a lot of grief
There are thieves in this neighborhood. Multiple things of mine have "gone missing" Don't set anything down without keeping your eyes on it
I don’t know where to begin! This complex is beautiful, the amenities are lovely and the staff is just phenomenal. Everything is brand new and pristine. Everyone that I’ve dealt with so far is so helpful and kind. Brendan is great, very attentive and pleasant. Perri is super sweet, will always answer any of your questions and with a smile! After the initial tour with Morgan who was very informative and knowledgeable I knew this place was it, I was finally done searching. Lastly a huge shoutout to Hector who will go out of his way to make you feel welcomed and right at home. If your looking for a wonderful community to live, look no further. There’s a fantastic staff waiting to help you! So happy I can call this place my home, you can to!
This development is fabulous. The management team in the office is kind and understanding, the maintenance team has been a pleasure to deal with and the facilities are second to none. We are happy to call this place home.
I’ve almost came in contact with multiple raccoons since moving here. They make a lot of noises in the trees and roam the property aimlessly looking for trash.
