Harbor Creek Apartments

I really loved the apartments when I moved in. Unfortunately the community is going down hill. More trash. Less communication from staff. Even some rude staff because she gets overwhelmed easily. I do appreciate my unit and maintenance team.

I have enjoyed living in this community so much. I have already decided I am renewing. The leasing and maintenance staff is on point. They answer any question and respond quickly.

Margie is great! Very helpful. Great community and timely maintenance. Apartment was is spacious for a one bedroom. Pool is great as well. People in yhe community seem very nice. I defenitely recommend these apartments. .

Great place to live. The staff is great and always very helpful. They are always holding activities for the community. The grounds are kept up and they are always upgrading.

This is a community and I will let you know that I have lived in a lot of communities and this is one of the best I've experienced! From the move-in to the parking availability for the size of the apartment itself for all that's available for our pets, everything, it's very unusual to have all of this, pther apartment complexes do not have or offer this many, in general. I am very pleased I have selected Harbo Creek Apartments ;)

Awesome community! Quiet, well maintained property. Events are planned with great thought and hospitality. Gated community with tennis court, two pools, gym all within reasonable distance to stores and shops. Staff is friendly and helpful. A rating !

I love it here. The grounds are well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever an issue arises. There are wonderful state of the art amenities.

Harbor creek does not give the feel of apartment living but a feeling of community! I have been here since 2011 and they just keep upgrading and making things better. Staff is great also willing to go over and beyond for you!

I love this place. The pool is amazing. The grounds are beautiful! Maintenance is so fast and does a thorough job! The ladies in the office are so kind and helpful.

Couldn't be anymore happy with this community. The leasing office is on top of things. They enjoy community and making sure you are seen and heard.

Awesome property staff and community! Location is perfect. Located near downtown shops and local markets. Grounds are well maintained. Maintenance staff are always available to help with submitted requests in a short time frame. Heated covered pool is fantastic with the outdoor pool always clean and maintained. Activities at the club house are put together with us in mind and with a welcome. Tennis court is right by the pool along with the gym so everything is convenient within walking distance.

The front office staff are nice. Maintenances is quick to respond and nice. My only complaint is the cell reception In this area is not great.

I love living here, though I wish the gym was 24/7 and fully operational. The community is kind and quiet. There are events for everyone too.

Harbor Creek has been a great place to live for me. The staff is efficient and friendly. I like the villa I live in, it's like a small house, no residents overhead. I have been living here for five years now without any problems or complaints. I like where is located off the road and more private. Shopping close by and not that far from my doctors and hospital. A great place to live.

I’d like to thank our amazing maintenance crew for all their hard work they do at Harbor Creek!! They have a huge job and they always have a smile and a hi for me!! I appreciate the Harbor Creek team very much!!

Been a resident since 2011 and it’s been a great experience to live here- always upgrading the property and you can’t beat the location. It’s close to the highways but sits off the road for privacy.

Awesome Community. Safe and Beautiful. Maintenance team rocks. Quick to respond to needs. The office staff is always there to offer assistance. Couldn't be happier.

First day here has been great. Every one of the staff members have been helpful through the whole move on process. Apartment is clean. The grounds are clean as well .

Its great here, we really like the apartment and the community is pretty cool! The events are fun and the neighbors are nice! I enjoy how close it is to the highway and how close it is to walmart! It also has a gym near by thats pretty cheap! Very good location

Made multiple complaints about the neighbors upstairs, banging around till 2-3 in the morning. You know, they are still doing it, and nothing has been done. They have gotten a letter in an email and they're still doing it. I have not gotten a good night's sleep and almost two months because of the constant banging upstairs. Outside of that, the community is great.The people are nice, but I would just like a good night's sleep

Community is clean and welcoming! My move in process was smooth and the leasing staff are beyond helpful and accommodating of any questions or concerns I had during my move. I look forward to my future here!

I'm closing in on 8 years here and I love it! The maintenance crew can fix anything, and the office staff is very nice too. The pool area is such a great hangout spot. The community functions are nice too. Shows that they care.

I love having activities every month and knowing more people that lives here. Everyone is so kind, respectful and educated. I’m always recommending this place to the people who are looking an apartment

A quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly people. The staff is so helpful and accommodating quickly resolving any issues that arise. Definitely a place i feel i can call home

So far, it has been a pretty great place to live, the apartments are very nice.The neighbors seem to be pretty nice. It is a very peaceful neighborhood.

Overall I enjoy living here and chose to renew my lease. Unfortunately, the amenities are going downhill. The washers and dryers started taking multiple payments after the price was raised and the two dryers on the left don’t work well. It’s also often dirty and has large roaches. The gyms are often not stocked with wipes and equipment is still broken. I was told gyms were 24 hours and was excited because that fits my schedule. After moving in, I read a sign saying they’re not 24 hours and that does not fit my schedule. I also wish there was a hot tub. I have been here 1 year and hope they make improvements this year.

Great place to live and lots of great memories have been made here! Staff is amazing and very helpful. Close to highways and stores without the feeling of being on top of the street.

Like living here, it is quiet and neighbors are nice. Staff is nice and friendly.Maintenance staff is friendly and prompt. The grounds are kept neat for the most part. I have been living here now for five years. Location is great , close to most everything I need.

harbor creek is the perfect apartment complex, the staff the office ladies and everyone are just the best. we absolutely love living here!!!!

All the residents and staff are nice, but parking is an absolute disaster. Several buildings should be demolished and turned into parking. That's not going to happen, as it is very obvious that the corporate owner cares more about money from rented units than anything else.

Harbor Creek is a great property. It's the quietest residence I've ever lived at. I especially enjoy the pool area and community room. Just renewed for the 6th year ??

I have had an amazing experience at Harbor Creek! The staff is lovely and kind. Maintenance is quick and efficient. The apartments are perfect! The complex meets all of my and my wife’s needs! We love our home here!

I have been living at Harbor Creek Apartments for over a year now, and my experience has been mostly positive. The location is convenient, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and easy access to major highways. The apartment complex itself is well-maintained with beautiful landscaping and clean common areas. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and friendly. Whenever I've had an issue, they have addressed it promptly. The amenities, such as the swimming pool and fitness center, are well-kept and add to the overall living experience. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Parking can sometimes be a challenge, especially during peak hours. Additionally, noise levels can be a bit high due to thin walls, but this is somewhat expected in apartment living. Overall, Harbor Creek Apartments offer a comfortable and convenient place to live in Canton.

Maintenance is on point. Some curb appeal issues should be addressed where screens are torn and blinds are broken. Gives a bad look for the community

Love living here! Unfortunately, the cost of the laundry machines just went up but only 2 dryers work well so that was unexpected. Maintenance is always helpful and the office staff are great!

Very peaceful and clean community. Neighbors are great and very friendly. I love sitting on the porch and seeing all the neighbors out walking their pups.

Front office and maintenance crew are stellar. Just dealing with some rude neighbors. It's the risk you take living in an apartment complex. I've lived here for 4 years and things were ideal ideal until rude neighbors moved above me.

Staff are very friendly but can’t assist with noisy neighbors. Pool is too small for this size of complex. Apartment does not have good insulation so hear neighbors.
