The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Harbor Club Apartments
My experience is being above expectations. The unit is elegant and big enough to enjoy comfortable. Maintenance service is high class and diligent; and club house personnel friendly, professional and reliable. Recommend this property to anyone. Loved my stay.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience at Harbor Club. Your review motivates our team to continue delivering the best experience possible for our residents! -The Team at Harbor Club
Horrible experience! Trashy neighborhood, disrespectful neighbors. Ppl don’t pick up after themselves or their dogs. Throw trash right outside the dumpster and in the parking lot. Ppl smoke pot on the front steps. Pot holes throughout the parking lot. They recently moved in at least 4 kids and 5 adults above us, in a 2 bedroom apartment. As long as they get their rent, the office doesn’t care what all goes on here. Can’t wait to move out of here!

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take feedback seriously and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
I Lived in a one bedroom first than got married nd lived in a two bedroom since 1994. I have complaints but I address it to them. They are understanding and care about there tenants. If you go other places there will be issues as well. You cannot find a happy medium if you want to pay more money . I like this place. You are going to have drug addicts ,sex offenders anywhere. But what you need to do it address it . Call the police . Yes I do agree about the washer and dryer. They do break down alot . But other than that . I write in and I tell them the concerns and the address it . Speak up.. You are so close to everything in this apt. I been through at least 4 property managers since I been here. Happy Camper

If you value your money and self-worth DO NOT Move here. They do not care about you all they want is your money. I've lived here for 2 years and they've done nothing but take advantage of me and everyone that lived here. Got a drug dealer upstairs? Tough luck. Are neighbors too loud? They don't care. Covid happening? We won't give you a free month so you can worry about feeding your family in hard times, we'll just not charge you a late fee but put your bill on your tab. : ) Old pipes have food coming out of the bathtub and mold in places you thought there wouldn't be. Creepy people with hoods walk around at night messing with your car and harassing any resident unlucky enough to cross them (People have been held at GUNPOINT here). They refuse to install cameras or even put LOCKS on their buildings. Not a good place to live long term, like if you're DESPERATE I'd still say look a bit harder or just take a short lease but this place isn't worth the price. Turn back now.

I keep getting woken up by a neighbor at 2 am - 5 am that slams the door. I am trapped in my lease until next june. I tried to work it out with management. They will not allow me to move or have security investigate the repeated noise complaint.

I've lived in building 5 here for the last 6 years. A new tenant has moved into our building and plays music until 4 am in the morning even though in the lease there are rules printed about music. So I have contacted the business office several times and they have no answers to resolve the issue. I was very happy here but seeing how Harbor Club seems not to care about me orr the rules they have put in place I will be leaving.
Not many apartment complexes offer studios that are sizable, upgraded and easy to maintain. Not to mention including utilities such as water, heat, gas and an on-site laundry facility. Each studio comes with a privacy entrance and reasonable parking spaces. Maintenance is on call 24/7 and responds to one needs in a short amount of time. Harbor club apartments does its best to serve the needs of its residents.
i have been extremely happy with this apartment complex and the 24 hour maintenance is always friendly and happy to help with any problems that i have had. This apartment complex is very safe and kid friendly, its close to shopping center and it has easy access to public transportation.
This apartment community has been really nice. Actually better than I thought. The pool is amazing and the apartments are huge, especially the countertop in the bathroom it is huge. It gives us so much more room to store towels and such. The people in the office are really nice and helpful. There are up to date playgrounds for the kids and you have charcoal grills throughout the property that you can use and there is usually a pinic table around them. I see a lot of family get togethers :-) The maintenance team is really on top of getting to your issues with your apartment. So that is a big plus. I hope this helps and this apartment is literally across the street from Christiana Care Hospital. You also have some shops and they are currently building a WAWA gas station and Chic Fil A in walking distance. Definitely give this apartment community a chance you will be glad you did :-)
I love living here, it's a good location to my job, and my kids school. The grounds are always nice and clean. I go to pool a lot, pool is nice and people very nice.
My apartment is so comfortable and affordable. Any time I have a maintenance issue they handle it within a few minutes of the report. They have a emergency number I can call and speak with a member of management 24 hours of the day. And it is conveniently located next to a mountain load of businesses to ensure that I never get bored. I signed the lease for two years and my rent will not go up. I recommend anyone try Harbor Club Apartments in Newark, DE and ask about their monthly specials also.
IT IS A AWESOME PLACE TO MOVE IN TO and recommend to check it out
