Do yourself a favor and make this your first stop if you’re looking in the Midtown area… it will likely be your ONLY stop, like me! The property speaks for itself and will blow you away with the hotel-themed and inspired amenities. You’ll feel like you’re on a permanent vacation. Location is excellent. And if you’re lucky enough to get Jevon as your leasing specialist… you’re really in for a treat. He was so incredibly patient with me as we worked through and landed on my dream unit. 10 out 10 for sure!

The apartments and entire complex is absolutely stunning. Jevon did a perfect job showing the property as well as answering all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend seeing this property, we are planning to move once our lease is up.

My first impression of Hanover Midtown was exceptional! Bennett provided me with the best customer service experience that I have ever seen! I absolutely love the attention to detail and amazing amenities. The pool deck itself feels like a resort. 10 out of 10 stars for Bennett and the apartments. If you are looking for a home in Atlanta, this is the place and your dog will love it too!

I didn't realize this place was even open until I walked by. Had an awesome tour with Chris, the 1BR apartments were really nice, and it's great being the first person living there. I loved the pool deck and especially the clubhouse. Big movie theater room and an awesome full kitchen area you can rent out so you can have some friends over.

I moved into Handover Midtown last week, and it's fantastic! The location is super convenient, and the amenities, like the fitness center and pool, are excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great living experience!

I recently had a tour with an associate named Tsehai. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the unit I was interested in, but she was super sweet and professional. She took great care to highlight all the amazing amenities of the building and it didn’t just sound like a sales pitch. It sounded like she loved the space as well. I was super impressed by her energy and the gorgeous atmosphere she took time to walk me through.

This building is an absolute stunner from start to finish! I am looking to move this year and just touring options…. Tsehai showed me around and she was very informative and overall very nice! 10/10 experience.

This has been one of the best properties I've seen in a while! The location is incredibly convenient, with MARTA nearby making commuting a breeze. I walked in to the Hanover, from a workout session and Christopher was kind enough to accommodate my tour with availability in such short notice. We had an amazing tour, he explained everything showed me the floor plans which are top notch. Definitely feel like this could be home!

Everything about the building is great — amenities, layouts, cleanliness, and safety. But, Jevon was the best part of my experience at Hanover Midtown! He was always very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and followed up throughout the application process. 10/10!

Though I didn't find my forever home here, I absolute the tour given to me by Khaila. The property is stunning, the teams, are very friendly, and everything is super clean. The only thing was that the property is in a very busy part of town. However if you love modern styling and city living, this is best place in the city so far.

Toured the apartment a few months after it opened and the building is very stunning! The apartment styles vary to ensure you get what you’re looking for. Chris is the best! Very accommodating and patient as we viewed multiple floor plans twice! Go see him
