Walking into this place you can feel the quality. The amenity spaces are beautiful with something for everyone. The screening room was my favorite ! My tour with Matt H was amazing, he was super patient and answered all my questions and made me feel so welcome.

The property is very large and looks like it will be absolutely gorgeous when finished. However the best thing this place has to offer is the staff. The entire onsite team was amazing, they genuinely seem to love their job. They answered every question i had, and even some that i didn't. Do yourself a favor and go check this place out!

I had a great tour experience with Matt here recently. This apartment complex is very new and super promising! I loved the big gym with very nice gym equipment as well as the good amount of office space. The amenities also include a theater room and a big pool with a yard too. A lot of the apartments come with built in desks which is a big plus. Their cabinets, backsplash and color schemes are amazing. I really like their location within Colony Place. The views aren’t the most exciting here but everything within the apartment more than makes up for it. I look forward to reconsidering this complex closer to my lease expiring.

Matthew was the most charismatic, professional, and exceptional leasing agent I've ever interacted with - and I've interacted with quite a few. He answered all my questions honestly and thoroughly and he actually sent me the customized email I requested listing different units and their color schemes - imagine that! I've lived in a Hanover community before in North Carolina so I had an idea of what to expect, but this new property was even more impressive. Lots of options for floorplans and color scheme configurations so you can get your perfect unit. The gym is absolutely killer and the home theater is a very nice touch! Clean, spacious community - it's really the best. I loved the last Hanover I lived in and this one will be no different. My only complaint is the lack of closet shelving they decided to go with. The closets are HUGE but sport basic wireframes around the walls. Complexes nearby with similar unit costs have more robust shelving setups and it would have been nice if this were the same here.

This is in a very bustling area with lots to do. The building is still in construction but so far everything looks beautiful. Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and I am seriously considering moving here

This property is fantastic, just what the area needed. The courtyard area is massive, and the plans for the build look beautiful. I was given a tour by Matthew, and even though the property is still under construction, he was able to help bring it to life for me. He was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, even ones he knew I’d think of once I’d left. Go see this place for yourselves, you won’t be disappointed.

We went by for a tour and the property although it is not open yet, it is looking terrific, when the courtyard is complete it will feel like a resort. The property management staff was very helpful and informative.
