Hanover has been my place of residence for 3 years and I do not see myself moving anytime soon. Quita really brings comfort to myself and other residents by getting to know us personally and how to cater to our needs. She keeps this place flowing.
I am currently on a journey to find a new residence and I stumbled upon Hanover. After checking out the area, I decided to walk inside and was immediately met with a young lady named Quita who just finished talking to what I assumed to be current tenants. She was highly professional and answered any questions I may have had. I did not get a chance to do a tour but I will say that she among the other staff was very welcoming and enthusiastic.
I had an amazing experience working with the leasing manager, Quita. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered quickly, and she made sure I fully understood each step. Her knowledge of the property and the community was impressive, and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect place.
She had me sold from the very beginning. From the great attitude to her expertise on every single thing in the building. I’m very appreciative of her assistance. I’d definitely recommend her for all your apartment touring needs. Thank you Quita!!

Giancarlo was super chill and really helpful when I was checking out the condo. He made the whole tour easy and answered all my questions without making it feel like a sales pitch or anything. The place itself is in a great spot, and the amenities are honestly really nice. Since I’ve been renting here, he’s always been around to help out and just generally a nice guy to deal with

I have been living at Hanover for over a year and everything is as advertised. Giancarlo helped me through the process and even checked on me regularly to make sure my needs were met. The location of this building is within walking distance of all your basic needs! 5 supermarkets, nail and hair salons, cleaners and beautiful areas to walk with Atlanta mansions and the Governor’s Mansion. Very quiet apartments, pool, bbq, outdoor TV areas, 24 hour gym, reserved parking available, pets allowed, dry cleaning, 24 hour concierge, lots of security. I’m renewing my lease as I have look at other buildings, and this one is by far the best on Buckhead!
