Property Ratings at Hangar 128 Apartments
Maintenance used to be great here. The maintenance guys used to zip around on golf carts and requests got handled quickly. Haven't seen that for almost a year now. Requests can take weeks to be answered, even for emergencies like water leaking. Broken equipment is replaced and then quickly breaks again leading one to believe that used equipment is being used to replace the broken equipment. The bathroom fans they install are noisy and don't move much air. They don't bring humidity and heat down much so mold is a problem.
Easily one of the worse places I’ve lived. There is a large homeless population (like the rest of Everett) and casual gunshots every so often. It is easy to feel unsafe living here. You will have the worst neighbors: neglectful parents allowing their children to vandalize property, throwing rocks and sticks at windows for example. Not to mention, if you decide to rest during the week, the same parents/adults will blare music past curfew, without any consideration. Try telling them politely to at least turn it down; it will not work. I have had neighbors step or lean on my car (in a parking spot that I decided to pay for.) Don’t bother mailing anything here unless you send it to the property manager, otherwise consider it stolen if left unattended in your box/in front of your door for more than 10 minutes. The gym is very limited. Please do yourself a favor and consider living somewhere else more peaceful where people are more considerate and will respect your property.

I really love it here, it’s quite , no wired activities going on here like where I use to live, very friendly staff and very helpful. It’s very nice to live here I had no problems what so ever and the maintenance here is fast .

Very noisy btwn apartment F and G. The kids run up and down the stairs shooting toy guns. Kids with scooters go btwn cars and scratch and ding the cars up. Bad place for cars around these apartments. Office staff and maintenance do their best managing the apartments but more work needs to be done with the kids. Adults do not watch what they are doing.

Greystar was a nightmare of a management company for this complex. They managed to accomplish amazing feats such as painting the walkway in front of our building with pool paint, making it nice and slick. Oh, and avoiding people. And generally not knowing what they were doing. But! We have a new management company now! And they're much better! EDIT 7/11/2017: So quick tip for you folks. If someone in the office claims that you can "always leave a voice mail," don't. After 5 different incidents of office staff claiming a voice mail was never left I am forced to believe that they either don't listen to them, delete them without touching them, or they can't handle communication with each other. Considering proper communication is extremely important, especially in a landlord and tenant situation, this is just crazy unprofessional. Bad enough that I'm lowering my rating. If things improve I will certainly adjust my rating.

Since new management came in, this place has been wonderful! Staff is friendly, its clean, and quiet. The units have been updated to a modern look, which is pretty awesome!
