Property Ratings at Hampton Place Apartments
The place has been renovated. It's under new management. The have police patrolling the complex to ensure safety. Everyone there respects the other.
This place is very unsafe for anyone. People walking around high and drink in broad daylight, all the time. Not trying to hide. Drinking in public, getting high sitting on the stare way. Went to visit a friend and there they were, getting high in the door way. Someone always fighting and arguing outside. Kids running all over the place.The manager don't seem to care who lives there as long as they pay. Apparently she does not do back ground check. Drug deals are made there, drug dealer live there, and gang members live there w/criminal records and she still are not concern about the safety of the other residents. She lets anyone move into an already vancant apartment. She dont do routine checks on the up keeping of the units. On another visit there I was sitting in my car and a fight broke out. Two men jumped another man. Then one went back to his car pulled out a gun pointing it into a crowd of women and children. Do not move there, I repeat do not move there. This is not a 4 star unit. It's very dangerous here.
