They don't clear the driveway in the winter

Last winter it was so icy and they didn't clear the driveway. There was a multi-car accident in the driveway because they never deiced the driveway!! Cars will park in the fire lane and block other cars from getting out of their parking spaces.

Terrible Management and overpriced, Noisy

Lived here since 2020, the current management is never here and doesn't care. There's Zero headsup anytime there's gonna be loud noise from construction or any other work, and zero accomodations for it. Way too over priced.

Poor Maintenence

Pretext: Lived here for 5 years Maintenence non-existent, staff hardly ever available and won't get back to you quickly. Flooding from storm drains, dog areas poorly managed, fireworks set off illegally, and smoking a constant issue. Fire alarms set of daily in various apartments. Cars stolen off lot and no security, dangerous location, accident prone to entry.
