The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Hampton Hall Apartments
Management is rude and helpful. if you love your sanity dont rent.
I lived at the Hampton Hall Apartments for about nine months (moved out in May), and I'm honestly frustrated with how this company does business. The obvious advantage of these apartments is the price and location, but I would probably not recommend them to a friend if they had other affordable options. I ended up turning over the keys to the apartment a week early on the agreement that our rent for this final month would be prorated (the apartment manager had someone else lined up for the unit), but I have not received back the full amount that I believe I am owed, and I am finding the management in the local and corporate offices to be unresponsive and apparently unconcerned about setting this straight. Consider other options before moving in here.
The area is nice close to all the major highways great restaurants . The staff is very helpful and complete work orders in a time manner all the time.
I love the location. This apartment is centrally located to anywhere in the Greater Atlanta area. I'm close to MidTown, Buckhead,The Downtown area. This is an older apartment complex with Character.
