Hampton Court

Checked out a lot of pools in area and Hampton Court is head and shoulders above the rest! Property is well kept and Staff ( Office/ Maintenance) very professional and knowledgeable.

I've really enjoy living here – the amenities are fantastic, especially the fitness center, dog park, and POOL! They also do a great job with resident events, bringing in things like the Kona Ice truck and other treats that are perfect for families.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Its very nice here.

I have lived here for nearly 8 years and have loved every minute of it. The staff is so friendly and prompt including maintenance. We have a beautiful pool which we love that is so well taken care of. They do so many awesome resident events! They really love their residents and it's obvious.

Love the pool here and they recently added a dog park.

First and for most people who work here are fake. Don’t rely on a security deposit back either. We had to move from our other rented property because they were selling. Unfortunately we settled on here thinking it was family friendly and an affordable option. We had the unit that was newly renovated with a washer and dryer. Lo and behold our first day moving in the washer and dryer didn’t work. They did give us a card with money on it to use the one on the downstairs. This wasn’t fixed until a couple months of being there. Then our split air conditioner in the room didn’t work! Took them forever to even get someone out. Finally got someone out it worked for half a summer. Even though we had a newly renovated apartment the counter was loose there was multiple flaws in a lot of the work that was done and you could tell. The wall in the bathroom towards the bottom had holes in the wall. The closet was broken they had to fix. Then when running washer and dryer once it was fixed we had an electrical fire!! We have a two year old too this should be checked and made sure was safe for families! When asking about our security deposit they said it would be fine if some blinds were missing. We also cleaned the apartment and fridge before leaving the only issue we knew of was the blinds and some staining from kinetic sand from our two year old. They took all of our security deposit and put random fees in that made no sense. The summer we moved out our room air conditioner never worked yet again! At this point we were just fed up and when bringing it up multiple times they kept pushing it off coming up with excuses like there’s no one who fixes them ect and it’s not considered an emergency since we have the living room air. Which btw under the bedrooms was the first floor washer and dryer which made it extremely hot in our apartment because there is not correct ventilation for the dryer downstairs making the whole inside of the apartment unbearable when walking in. We are considering taking legal action now because of all these issues. The please be safe and live comfortably somewhere else. I should have took some of these reviews more seriously before signing the lease.

Staff is great. They care about their tenants. I got lucky with decent neighbors. Staff really helped when covid struck, they made it a mission to check in and keep the buildings safe

Hampton Court is a great place. My granddaughter loves the pool, the family atmosphere is wonderful. The grounds are well cared for, management cafes and tries to keep things together. I gave 4 stars because nothing is perfect.

I have downsized from a rather large home, thinking living in an apartment would be a lot easier. I was right. Although this complex has been around for quite some time, it is very well built - you do not hear your neighbors or the traffic nearby. The maintenance staff is extremely professional, friendly, and any issues are resolved very quickly. This is also true of the office staff. They really go out of their way to make sure repairs (if needed) are done fast, and most of all, done right the first time. In addition, they always follow up to make sure you are happy with any repairs. My neighbors all seem to be quite considerate of each other, too. Highly recommend!!

Hampton Court is perhaps the best complex in Westland! The staff is very nice and helpful. The rent is not cheap ($730/month for 2 bedrooms), but manageable. The apartments are very well kept and beautiful grounds. Even a pool! If fitness is your thing, there's a fitness center in the clubhouse! And they're pet friendly!

I've moved into the hampton court Aug 1, 2015 and I must say the space its great. I wake up feeling like I'm in a master suite at hotel. The buildings are well maintained and the maintance is up to par. I feel safe coming home to my apartment and its as quite as a mouse. The only thing I hear is children and thats only because I'm so close to the pool. The apartment management is great thus far as well as my neighbors. Everyone minds their own business an thats the part I enjoy. I only gave 4 star because no where is perfect the apartment get a bit hot in the bedroom because it doesn't come equipped with central air. Overall its a great place to start a family as well as for single parent to raise one.

In the heart of Westland this location is perfectly set within walking distance of everything the city has to offer!!

Apartments are spacious, and we'll maintain ed. The management is and staff are very friendly and professional. A comfortable place to live
