Property Ratings at Hampshire Estates Apartments and Self Storage
My time at Hampshire Estates(18months) started off polite/professional from everyone I interreacted with to the property itself. But that all changed abruptly with expansion of construction almost 6-7 days a week for sometimes 12hrs a day. I was given a gift card to Starbucks for the "inconvenience" that's just the start. The apartments I can only describe as being built from origami paper, you will hear everything your neighbor is doing down to them coughing( I really wish I was lying). I would find yourself somewhere worth your money and peace, Good luck!
Lived at Hampshire for two years and I couldn't recommend it enough! Eric is a great landlord and Sarah helped make the application process easy for me. The complex as a whole is very well maintained and everyone was friendly. I felt very safe in the community and the location is great - close enough to everything but far enough away with some privacy. Loved living here!
If you are a resident that prefers quiet especially when sleeping, do not live here! The walls and floors are so paper thin that every little nose your fellow neighbors make you can hear. There were so many nights that I was awoken from sleep by the baby in the room below me crying. So many nights it was hard to even get to sleep because I felty like the neighbors below me were living in my own apartment with all the noise I heard. Sure, it may look pretty and new, but it is absolutely not worth the money or anxiety. Invest in another place!
Eric always responds to any maintenance request super promptly AND actually fixes the problem!! Nice new units and a fresh coat of paint when you move in. Love it here!!!
