The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Hamilton Station
Please go somewhere else!!! This apartment does not care about there tenants. My husband and I have had someone harassing us and our visitors everytime we would walk our dogs. Ive made several complaints and they have done NOTHING about it. The other lady complains and the apartment is very quick to call my husnamd and tell us we have to get rid one of our dogs or we are evicted. NO COMPASSION. WORST COMPANY AND STAFF.
Everybody is nice and help me when I need it. Love living here
I've stayed at Hamilton Station Apartments for over a year and I've had a gnat infestation that I've constantly had to make the office aware of. (Cannot wait to leave.)Hamilton Station employees admitted that they had so many gnats in the pool that they had to shut it down last year. It was something in the water line. They didn't tell me this until after I made my first complaint. Continuing, I have photographed everything in my apartment and proven to Hamilton Station that I did not have gnats due to anything on my part, as my apartment is spotless. However, they refused to credit me anything due to my inconvenience of having to stay elsewhere due to their disgusting issue. Please do not stay at HS unless you are prepared to have to take a visitor to an emergency clinic for a gnat flying up their nostril or throw away hundreds of dollars worth of groceries. I have had over 100 gnats in my refrigerator, 100 gnats in my freezer and in my toilet due to their water lines. It is disgusting and their client services are even worst. They do not care about the inconveniences of tenants at all.
Again, too expensive for the area, terrible staff, DOG POOP EVERYWHERE. AVOID THIS COMPLEX. I lived there for two years, and would not recommend Hamilton Station to anyone. You can get a nice place in Mt Juliet for about the same price. That would be my suggestion .

My husband and I lived here for almost 2 years. We loved it! The staff was amazing, any issues were addressed immediately, and overall we were very pleased. The only reason we left was because we bought a house. My only complaint is that the first year and a half were great but after Jana, the property manager, left things went downhill quick! She was always on top of things and had any issues taken care of immediately but when she left, that came to a stop. The entire place completely changed. It's a nice place for the money and location but if they don't find someone like her to run the place, it's going to go downhill fast!
I have lived here for a few months and the office staff is completely rude all the time. Heather is the least helpful and she is very rude. I have lived in apartment all over the place and this is by far the rudest place I have ever lived. Crystal is not much better. She has a attitude like it in convincing her to help you with anything.
I lived in these apartments for about 6 months. Almost immediately, I regretted moving in. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. I understand that apartments are loud but when your upstairs neighbor flushes their toilet, it should NOT sound like water is going to EXPLODE from the walls. You can tell these building were "thrown" up very quickly and lack any sort of sound proofing. Corners were definitely cut. Customer Service is a JOKE here! I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life! The entire office staff is rude, unhelpful and unkind!!! The office staff is constantly changing (except for Heather and Janna: who are the rudest of all.) All my neighbors also felt the same way!! SAVE YOUR MONEY***DO NOT LIVE HERE****WORST MANAGEMENT EVER****LOOKS GOOD BUT ITS A TRAP***
I left that office in total disbelief. Felt as if my inquiring about an apartment was a complete and utter inconvenience to the staff, They were rude, short and absolutely unprofessional!! Especially Jenna or Jana. Don't waste you're time.
These are by far the nicest apartments in the area, but still at a very reasonable price! They are located within 5 minutes of restaurants/shopping centers, but still tucked away so that you don't feel crowded in the city. The amenities are great, and the staff is always helpful and responsive. I recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to the area.
I left that office in total disbelief. Felt as if my inquiring about an apartment was a complete and utter inconvenience to the staff, They were rude, short and absolutely unprofessional!! Especially Jenna or Janna. Someone should look into this. It is a shame, such a good looking place. With people like that I wonder how they have any tenants. I too will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere.
Excellent cordial and experienced staff. I looked at several properties and they were only ones to respond back to me. I am relocating from CA and plan to make it my permanent home. Very excited.
