It's been good, no complaints. Going into our second year living here. The community is beautiful us and our dogs enjoy it very much. Area is quiet.

Great apartment that is local to many shops, the train station, parks for our child, and much more. The amenities at this apartment is top end. The full size gym is a great amenity for those who are looking to get a good workout in or move around without paying the expensive fees of a gym membership. The other amenities are great as well for entertainment and gatherings. These apartments are highly expensive.

I have really enjoyed my experience so far at Halstead in Salem. The neighbors and staff have been so nice and helpful with my moving in. It already feels like home.

I recently moved into Halstead Salem Station and have had a great experience so far! The business managers and leasing team were incredibly easy to work with — always prompt, professional, and quick to answer any questions I had throughout the process. On move-in day, they even called ahead to confirm my arrival time and greeted me personally when I got there, walking me to my apartment to make sure everything was good to go. The whole process was smooth and welcoming, and I couldn’t be more excited to be part of the Halstead community!

everyone has been lovely. the space and grounds are well kept and we can relax at the end of the day knowing everything is taken care of. we had been very happy here

Current managers don’t reply to emails promptly, are dismissive, and act like their online meetings are more important than resolving issues. After the change, I’ve received multiple “late payment” notices, despite paying everything on time once the bill is received. This has resulted in some months having 2x the balance, but never happened with Jen. Haven’t heard ANY good comments about the new management, and the amount of community events has drastically decreased. Neighbors yell and scream at each other in the common hallways, then slam doors that reverberates through the floor. Other neighbors leave their trash on the trash room floor, sometimes even furniture that makes the chutes inaccessible. Mail room has always been an issue, with deliveries rarely getting in the correct spot or even in the room at all. I cannot recommend what was once my dream apartment to any, as the decline was so drastic. Looking forward to moving on…

The people seem nice, I appreciate how secure everything is. I do miss normal keys, or at least have one main key fob that unlocks the doors. Also having more than one elevator would be nice too.

The apartment complex is lovely! I love being on the corner with all the beautiful windows letting the light and view in! The staff is a dream and always on top of everything! And being right by the water is so nice! The extras like the VR room and the Gym are beautiful and I can’t say enough wonderful things!

My experience is great! I love that it has a section for “Move-In / Move-out” that made it really easy to bring things in. Director and her assistant are nice people and gave me informations that I needed and answered all my questions. The apartment community is nice, it’s clean from the inside to outside with style.

Just moved in and love it so far! Facilities are amazing. The apartment is gorgeous. And the community is the best. I’m so glad I decided to go with Halstead over the other luxury buildings in the area. The vibe is just different.

Convenient location and new build. Great amenities and helpful to have on-site parking and a dog friendly community. Gym and dog spa certainly a plus!

The whole process of becoming residents was a fast and painless process. Jenn was (and is) amazing and super friendly. She’s one of the biggest reasons why we decided to make Halstead our home.

Coming up on 6 months being a resident… absolutely love the facilities, staff, and people. Very friendly environment with good access to major points of interest.

So far we are enjoying our time at halstead. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. We enjoy the walking path to access downtown. Our only complaint is the trash shoot and when the red light can be on for a day or two.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living in this apartment! The location is perfect, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The building is well-maintained, and the management team is always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. especially appreciate the quiet and friendly atmosphere, which makes it feel like home. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience! Just improve this points: Areas that need improvement. The paint on some walls, especially around window frames in the gym and common areas, is chipping, which makes the place look neglected. The outdoor grills are also in poor condition and need maintenance. Additionally, the gas lamps are not all functioning, which reduces the ambiance, especially at night. On top of that, the exterior window seals are hanging loose, affecting the building's appearance. Hot coffee in winter.

Move-in was nice and easy. The staff here have been amazing. Maintenance has been prompt and professional. I have been loving the community and all the amenities Halstead Salem Station has to offer.

Great location, close to commuter rail and just a short walk to Salem City Center. Parking, amenities (gym, dog spa, common areas), and easy access to other locations on the North Shore.

The building is maintained really well and if there is ever a problem the maintenance team is very quick to respond. I sometimes forget it is an apartment building because it is so quiet.

I could tell this is where I wanted to be as soon as I met Jennifer and Jacob, even more so after touring the property. Everyone I’ve showed has been extremely impressed and, quite honestly; pretty jealous I’m living here.

Currently in the process of moving in and it has been a very easy process. The keyless system is a significant improvement to traditional lock and key. The building seems very well kept and clean. The best part is just how many dogs/cats there seem to be within the community. I look forward to my time here.

We absolutely love it here. The front office and maintenance people are lovely and are always available when we need something. We also love the events!

I worked with the Business Property Manager for around a year before I moved in. She and her staff were patient with my process, and supported my needs throughout. Now, I live here and absolutely love it! My dog Chewie would also agree that the green space, and dog treats in the lobby are his favorite part of living here. I like to work out 4 times a week, and the gym is fully equipped. Whether you want to do just cardio or a full weight lifting sessions, you're good to go! Hop on over to the Atomic cold brew station afterwards for coffee, which is always available :)

Halstead Salem Station is the crown jewel of apartments in the northshore. Here's why: ? Leasing Staff: From the moment my wife and I toured the complex through move in and til now the Leasing Staff have been nothing but welcoming and friendly. It is a small community here and they treat every one of us like family. Jennifer and Kealeigh periodically host events for tenants to mingle and get to know one another, which I personally am fond of for living in such a small community. They both have a strong desire to ensure any problem we may face is resolved expeditiously and always bring positive and welcoming vibes the second you walk into their office. Overall I cannot rate this apartment complex high enough. Neighbors are friendly, property is clean and you definitely get what you pay for. Easiest 5/5 star review I will ever write.

Leasing team is super helpful. Any small issue they resolve immediately. Amenities are great and well kept plus the apartments themselves are so nice! Very lovely community.

Since the day I viewed the apartment I felt like this was going to be my new home I’ve viewed other apartments but there was no comparison to the modern amenities and community feel that I felt here. The application process was easy and the property manager was amazing with her quick responses I’m very happy with my decision!

Halstead is a great place to live and very centrally located. It’s walking distance to downtown and the train station. There’s a park as your backyard and very pet friendly.

This place is beautiful, and the location can't be beat! The security is extensive, which makes some simple things a little more difficult, especially the requirement to use multiple apps for entry, delivery, etc. But it's well worth it. I moved to Salem from out of state, and the staff was so welcoming and helpful getting me all set up and moved in. I would recommend Halstead Salem Station to anyone looking for a nice apartment with excellent amenities and super neighbors!

Highly recommend! Community-focused and responsive staff. High quality amenities, centrally-located property near the heart of Salem. Option for garage parking is a plus!

Fantastic experience with Jennifer. She is very attentive and helpful. Wish there was a bit of a easier way for the elevator with movers so you didn't have to type in a code everytime, beyond that, fantastic.

Loving it so far; the community is wonderful and we love all the pet friendly amenities. We also love the spacious apartment and natural light.
