I am one of the veteran residents (Retied military) staying here in Halcyon Park Apartments/Homes, so, I have a pretty good insight on living in this complex. I feel secure, comfortable, have a peace of mind, relaxed, happy, & content as a resident here. I have nothing but praise for the personnel (Management, & Maintenance) keeping this complex running as smoothly as they do. This is not an easy task, but, they do it exceptionally well. They are professional, knowledgeable, caring, courteous, & make you feel like family, & that is a rare trait. They make time to have event’s & activities just to show our community how much they appreciate us as well. Which I personally find enjoyable as well as the residents here. If I had the authority I would give each of these personnel (Management, Administration, & Maintenance personnel) a raise. They deserve every positive accolade possible. LEM

In todays society, this apartment complex still offers great customer service to the renter and is safer than most. I for one appreciate that. I'm a mom of three and a grandmother of one. I work very hard and I feel like my money is not wasted staying here.

It is affordable living. Overall it does the job, but the aesthetics need work. You will hear EVERYONE and EVERYTHING so just be aware of that as well.

The move in process at Halcyon Park was smooth and the office staff is very helpful and welcoming. Maintenance is very prompt and you even get text notifications for service repairs. I feel safe in the complex and it's so quiet and peaceful. Parking has not been an issue for me compared to other crowded apartment parking lots. The location is conveniently near a lot of stores and eateries.

I have lived here for two years and I love it. Knowing that I am in a safe part of town and have a great apartment to come home to everyday is a blessing. I love how close it is to the theater and to shopping. This is a great apartment complex.

Cars keep getting broken into & nothing is being done about it. Apartment complex still doesn’t have security cameras and is not gated.
I’m very happy with Halcyon Park. The office staff and maintenance people are great. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly. Grounds are well kept and noise level is very low.

Of course it’s a bit outdated, but if you want a beautiful apartment and a great community I highly recommend moving here.... the walls are not thin and every store you want to go to is right there. If you don’t move here then something wrong ??.... I highly recommend hycyion??

My first time living in an apartment exceeded all of my expectations. We've been here a week and have not run into any issues. Great area. Quiet. Everything was new upon arrival. We can't even tell someone lived here before us. ALL of the people in the main office are friendly and if a situation occurs, you should always get a quick response(if sent during reasonable hours). I almost steered away from here because of the price, but I'm starting to think its worth it. 10/10, 5 stars.

The Resident Manager and Maintenance Tech carry themselves in a professional and respectful manner, in which they interact with the residents here at Halcyon Park. Also, they (Resident Manager and Maintenance Tech) show a real life concern for the quality of living for the residents. Nice, safe quiet area that is very pet and family friendly. Yet with all the excitement that the east side of Montgomery has to offer. You are surrounded by many activities as well as great schools for your children/ The east side is such a great place to live it is growing fast and it has so much to offer. You get comfort of home with the fun and excitement just a few steps away. I love living in halcyon park apartments
