Management is the absolute worse! Property manager is hardly ever in the office and when she is, she doesn’t do much. Many of us tenants received an email from the office asking us to leave a 5 star review, that is why it’s been an influx in the reviews as of lately. Maintenance takes forever to fix problems, and when they do decide to come they half do the job. Roaches can be found roaming around the community all throughout the night. Overall I wouldn’t suggest anyone move here. I will NOT be renewing my lease once it expires and I hope others do the same.

How long does it take to clean a breezeway of bird poop that you have been walking in? Here at Haddon Place over 2 months and still counting. Work order requests have been closed, cancelled, verbal calls for 3 weeks that it will be completed and still not done, and now an excuse given that residents without air conditioners not working have to be completed before your 2-month-old maintenance request will be completed before you. Contacting Hawthorne doesn't help. How long does it take to clean a breezeway of bird poop for over 2 months? 10 minutes or less. Yet maintenance has time to water the front entrance flowers in the apartment and the staff here has time to have a pool party. Beware.

Haddon Pl is a 9/10 for cleanliness, staff courtesy, safety, timely maintenance, noise level, sense of community, management and proximity to surrounding areas.

Haddon Place is a great place to live. Quiet,clean and has an amazing office ,management and maintenance staff!

The management team is extremely friendly. Application process very easy and received a response quickly regarding approval

Haddon Place is beautiful, quiet and a great place to live!

I am currently in 4004 and I have been trying to get rid of the drain flies in the unit since June. I have gotten no help from the management and the only thing that has been constant is me paying the rent. I am in the unit until 10/29 so for it to be ready by 11/5 means they are not planning to do anything. aside from the drain flies I really don't have an issue. I am just sick of the inaction from everyone. BTW, the previous tenant moved out due to the drain flies before I moved in,

This is honestly one of the best places to live. Management is amazing. The amenities are great and the apartments are spacious and affordable.

I have been here a little over a year, the staff is nice and prompt with addressing needs/concerns. Maintenances is good and fast. Friendly neighbors, etc

The leasing staff is very pleasant and polite. They made the application and move-in process seamless and I would definitely refer out to friends and family to move here.

My experience here as been a satisfying one. Apart from having thin walls and floors, the community is well kept, management and staff are professional, community is well kept and maintained and complaints or issues are timely addressed. The apartment is located conveniently to shops, stores and the I-75.

A decent place to live in and a good team work from all the staffs.

This place is highly sought after and tough to get into but once here you will not regret it. The staff is amazing and the groundskeepers are as well. The apartments are nice, clean, great sizes, and close to EVERYTHING for the price. I am satisfied with my home.

These apartments are large, with high ceilings and plenty of space. Large walk in closets, more than enough kitchen storage, and additional space in the laundry and patio areas, all combine to lots of room for stuff. Even the garage (should you get one) is plenty large. Taura and the office staff are a pleasure to work with. Since I hardly had any repairs, I never learned the names of the always cheerful and capable maintenance staff. The complex is quiet and well maintained. It is a quiet location, but close enough to plenty of restaurants and stores.

Taura and Gisiral are very remarkable and professional person to work with and also the maintenance staff. I recommend anyone living at Haddon Place will be well satisfy...

Its ok, Community is not preferable the neighbors are loud and noisy.

I've lived here for four years I love this place. It really is home. All the staff is great, and the amenities are super!

I have lived in in this complex for two years and I have no complaints. It is a great price for the amount of space you get and it is very comfortable roommate style apartment. I love the high ceilings. Any minor maintenance issues were taken care of quickly and professionally. Ever since Covid took over our lives, the office staff has been very safe and understanding. The grounds are also well taken care of. It is really a pretty place to come home to everyday. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to live in a spacious roommate style apartment.

The location is great. The issue is that problems never get solved. I’ve had my ac “recharged” a few times now only to go out a couple weeks later. The fridge also just spits out water instead of making ice. This is a great place to live as long as you have no issues.

My family and I did not stay at Haddon Place for long and the community, neighbors, and management served as the reason why. The neighbors were loud and obnoxious during all hours of the night and day. Once reported to the office, nothing was done. It almost seemed as if they did not care. The sent of marijuana constantly lingered throughout my building. Cigarette buds and trash laid throughout the community as well. Kids were allowed to roam freely and always played around the entry gates. Above all, Taura, the office manager displayed a sick and nasty attitude. She did show ANY interest in wanting to answer questions whether over the phone or in person. She was unfriendly, unprofessional, and lacked customer service.

This use to be a great place to live. But, now they care more about fees than their tenants. Please be informed and read the current reviews of this place.

I've lived at Haddon Place since April of 2014 and have been very satisfied with my experience so far. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and is very energy efficient. The neighbors are quiet, mostly consisting of young professionals, and the amenities are great for the price. Maintenance is very prompt, I had one issue with my toilet running and it was fixed the same day. The management is courteous, you can tell that they pride themselves in their work and it shows in their excellent customer service. The grounds are always clean. It's nice to have a car wash on site and I really like the fact that there is a grill at the pool area. The only downside are the large speed bumps that seem to be strategically placed every 30 feet. The property is located in between Jonesboro Rd. and Hwy 20/81 so there are lots of places to eat and shop, plus you have easy access to interstate 75. Hopefully this helps your decision, p.s. just as nice as the higher priced properties on Hwy. 20/81. -Chris

I am a new renter at this complex, sense moving in I enjoyed the pool area, which is guest friendly. They always have music playing and provide the perfect entertainment with grill access. The gym is a decent accommodation. Friendly neighbors all around make the perfect place to rent a space.
