Property Ratings at Hacienda Commons
This is my young family's first apartment and our stay has been amazing and full of good memories. We stayed here for more than a year, we wouldn't even move out if isn't for some life changes. The apartment amenities are modern and the layout of the apartment is very well-thought. The views are breathtaking as well! Juline and Isabella are courteous and always responds quickly to any concern or questions we have. I have nothing bad to say about them. Overall, I recommend staying at Hacienda Commons. If given a chance, we will sure come back here.
Very professional and Courteous. Juline the property Manager always goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met I would highly suggest these apartments if your looking for a smooth transition/move. :)
The property manager will be sweet when you sign the lease. After that when you face any problem, she will give you an option to leave the community. When you leave, 90% of you deposit will be used to upgrade the apartments. This is what she wants!! Rats, ants, children playing 27x7 within the community!! In some apartments there are bedbugs!!
Property Manager at Hacienda Commons, Responded To This Review
We do our best to be courteous at all times, and there can be misunderstandings where often people are frustrated because laws and policies prohibit certain behaviors. This does not mean that anyone is being rude, as we are all subject to these rules. We have only rarely asked anyone to leave as a result of continued disregard for community rules or offensive behavior. Security deposit refunds fairly and directly reflect the level of care that was taken by a resident during their occupancy. Sometimes renters damage materials that would otherwise last years. In these cases, per Standard Practice, we do have to charge for damages caused by tenants in order to bring the home back to an acceptable condition. There are also no known Bedbug infestations at our property.
Rude management. Terrible experience living here. Wish I never stepped foot on this property. Unit is literally falling apart. Save yourself a giant headache and months of torture. Find something else, even if it’s more money. It’s not worth your sanity.
I am not sure how often you see a leasing office manager or an employee behaves in this way, they were very rude when we enquired and not willing to answer questions. If someone comes from a different place and if someone wants to assist a friend, the leasing office professionals restricting them. They neither have the knowledge nor having a basic manner to respond to customers queries. The deposit amount is too high for new customers. please be careful to ask all questions before you take apartment here

I have been living in hacienda commons from around 5-6 months now . Experience has been excellent so far. Staff is very polite and quick to handle any requests. Apartments are nice , clean and well maintained.
We've been staying here from the last ten months and it's a great place to live. We never had an issue so far and the management/staff has always been very nice and helpful. Apartments are nice and clean with hospital and park right next to it.
We stayed in this apartment from 1year and it was a good experience staying. We never had any problem, we got all the help needed from the management whenever we need. Most important all grocery stores, walmart, safway and all companies are near to the apartment.Love to say here
Resident for over 18 years. The complex location is ideal--next to local bus line, walking distance to BART, ValleyCare Medical Ctr., grocery stores, parks, etc. Friendly neighbors and a great staff that cares. And, Grandma's Garden is a nice perk--growing our own vegetables and herbs is possible year-round with Pleasanton's mild climate.
This Great Community. I really I like the ambiance and friendly staff. And Convenient for (Walk able distance) for hospital, school, Walmart, khole's, groceries and community park.

I moved into this apartment about two years ago and out of all the other apartments I've lived in, this one is the best. It has a really nice facility and the office people are very kind and nice! Their pools are very clean and the houses are also very clean as well. Also, it is very convenient because Walmart is extremely close, so you don't even need a car to go to the market. To add on the bus stop is literally right in front of the property, so if you need to go somewhere, there are many options of transportation open for you! In many different ways, this apartment is really amazing and great, so you should choose this apartment without hesitation!!
Hacienda Commons is a home away from home. Located in a prime locations facilitating easy access to BART, Shopping areas, Park, Entertainment. The community is very well maintained, the staff are helpful and friendly addressing issues and concerns promptly. I would highly recommend Hacienda Commons to any and all looking to find an apartment.
I like the property it has really nice ambiance and well maintained by the management. Also, it is near to bart (Walk would be 15 mins max), near to Indian Bazar & walmart, kohls (5 mins walks) and near to school as well.

I really love my apartment. Its on a corner plot. New Carpet, new blinds. Proper sunlight enters our living room and patio. I feel safeguard and staff/management keep the area clean. I am planning to be here for next couple of years. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

From 1.5 years i am staying this place. Its clean and bug free.Its so good and affordable price. Service is great, near to indian stores, kaiser bart etc. It has a good park and a playground next to it. Mainly lot of room for guest parking. Would definitely recommend it.

Hacienda commons located in Owens drive whic is very very close to Bus stop ( 100 ft distance). Bart ( .9 miles which is even walkable). Valley care Hospital ( .4 m walkable). Walmart ( .5m walkable). And Indian store (.6 m walkable) and Stoneridge mall is very close and office like Kaiser, oracle are very close to it. What is law we need other than this. Good community with all features inside community.
We have been living here close to two years now, and are planning on extending the lease for another year. This is great place to stay-in , with most shopping outlets at a walkable distance. Staff is helpful, and they work on the complaints on the same day and do follow-up on calls to check if we were satisfied. Overall we like living in here.
Enjoy living here and cant believe how long we have lived 2 years. They are cat friendly people which made us happy. Management is great as well as the maintenance staff. They are very friendly and tend to your issue as quickly. Lots and lots of shopping nearby.
I'm living here since 2 years, this is the best place to live. Near to bart,walmart,school and restaurants. There is a park next to the apartment and the staff is responsive and friendly. They are friendly and co-operative. I would definitely recommend this.
Its a very decent community in Pleasanton. I am living here for the 4 th year now and I love this place. Apartments are nice, decent amenities, close to BART, children's par,k Walmart, restaurants etc. The staff has been good and service requests are addressed very swiftly. No complains so far. Hacienda Commons is located within Hacienda Business Park and is ethnically diverse and highly competitive. Most, if not all of the apartments seek professional employees from corporate companies. More apartments are being built to accommodate the influx of corporate headquarter making Pleasanton its home. The city and apartments make for a better urban living experience with many actively for an active family
