The apartment itself is modern and well-maintained, with a spacious layout that makes it feel like home. One of the standout features is the balcony with stunning views. Whether it's enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, the views are always a highlight of my day. The amenities are top-notch as well. The gym is well-equipped, making it easy to stay fit without leaving the building. The management team is responsive and friendly, always ensuring that the residents' needs are met promptly. Overall, living here has been a delightful experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home in the heart of the city.
Great apartment building. Loft style. Great Gym. Great, polite, very responsive manager. Mostly new appliances. Convenient location. We plan on staying here for at least two years. Only negative I can think of is lack of good insulation because the building was built over 100 years ago. So, expect to have higher than usual cooling/heating costs. Overall, very satisfied.
Just moved in, the apartments look just like they do on the photos. The management is amazing, they're extremely communicative and super helpful. There was an issue with the lease, and they amended it immediately, they have done everything they can to address every concern I've had. Don't get me wrong, the apartments being great is a huge bonus. But what I really love about this place is having a landlord who's actually not only willing to help out as much as they can, but happy to do it. It's a really nice change of pace to have that, for once.

Great place to live. Great restaurant, coffee, and event venue just below the building. Talk about convenience.
GW lofts offer beautiful and varying floor plans. The included membership to Fitness Factory gym is a great amenity. The discount at the Rustic goat is also nice. Maintenance request are a pain. A serious one.
