The experience has been great so far. The apartment complex is pretty quiet for the most part. The staff has been very nice and accommodating. The only issue I have is that the community gym is open during office hours only. Which is convenient for people who have retired but, not for the people that work a 9 to 5p. The gym was one of the perks I was looking forward to enjoying. The hours are very inconvenient.

The apartment is cheap and the leasing staff have been VERY nice, but the apartment had roaches when we moved in and the typical "landlord special." That being painting over anything and everything, including our breaker box, which we now have to cut open.

Litter everywhere. Porters ride in a cart and don't walk the grounds. Clubhouse lake is littered with trash. They could also turn on the sprinkler system. The grass is totally brown.

It’s a really nice apartment, mine just happened to have a roach infestation. 5 different breeds of roaches tons of them. I fogged the apartment twice, bleached everything, even found one of their nests, requested for my walls and open holes to be resealed, and pest control even came. But they still pop out and mainly when guests come! My advice is that if you really want to live here. Pull the fridge and oven away from the wall during your apartment walk BEFORE signing your lease, and demand they mediate the problem before you give them anything else or move in, or to give you another apartment.

Gym access is a little unclear, are you waiting for fobs? Waiting for the system to be installed? What are the approximate time frames? Also, not sure why the person that parks in front of the building in the handicap spot is allowed to do it without consequence....it's every day. We have rules for a reason do we not? Apartment living is full of rules and the consequences seem to be more monetary (in your favor) than on the people. Maintenance has a very quick response, that's a plus. The request for a pet profile even if you don't have a pet is the most ridiculous thing you could ask for.

Before I moved here, never been to Ft Myers in my life(job relocation). Great location to get to know the city. The garbage collection system is deficient, the cleaning of the common areas is almost non-existent. The garbage cans are disgusting. Nobody ever cleans them. The only place that is clean and nice is the office area. the management is inept.

The inside of the apartment is pretty nice, except for every sliding door falling completely off the hinges. The complex is always dirty and my rent is constantly going up each month. But the apartment is fine.

Lots of issues in apartment and community , bad communication with leasing office , amenities are limited hours which is an inconvenience. Counting down the days for lease to be over will not renew here , horrible place .

Decent place. Rent prices seem high and amenities are often out of order. Maintenance team is amazing and super helpful! They are kind, and so is office staff. Things have improved in the past year

When we first got here it was a little rocky the ac was leaking and the floor was already damaged but they did get on top of it. And fixed the ac the floor we won’t get charged for. This place is amazing and quite private. I think we will stay here for a few years.

maintenance is always quick and fixes any issues ive had only issue we have is that our front windows are incredibly thin and rattle during mild storms

Love it here. Everyone is friendly and the amenities are beautiful. Pet friendly, with plenty of potty spaces for dogs. Office and maintenance are super helpful

Its not the worst but the roaches and bugs in Building 1607 make it unbearable. It has a nice pool, has a nice gym and clubhouse. It has a great central location. Bugs was just an issue that never was resolved.

Worst place ever…don’t move here unless you want mold and roaches everywhere…car parts get stolen here all the time, the team in the office does not care once you move into this place.

So far I have been very impressed. The apartment was clean and well-maintained when I got it. The in-unit washer and dryer work great. The front office staff have been very helpful!
