I paid the $80 application fee before even being allowed to tour the apartment. I’ve called multiple times through different times of the day and have emailed but have never gotten a response back from them.
This property is a very nice location. Amenities are a great value. Landlord is on property often to insure a clean, quiet, and well maintained atmosphere. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Oak Grove Elementary School, St. Joseph Christian School, the St. Joseph Youth Soccer Complex, and Mosaic Life Care Hospital. The North Shoppes dining and shopping district is a short drive away. Front and rear entrances to apartment, with a porch/ deck area at both entrances. Carport parking is located at the back of the apartments, reserved for tenants use only. Visitor parking is located on Natchez (side street). Each apartment has a locked mailbox located at a central mailbox on premises.

Everything is just a hop, skip, and a run from the apartment complex. There's a corn field and soccer field nearby. The roads around the area are a great place for jogging or biking.
If you are looking for a quiet living area where you feel like you are in the country but close to town, this the perfect location. You can hear the birds in the morning and the night crickets' serenade, that is how peaceful it is living here. I been here almost five years and the property management takes good care of the apartments if something needs fixed. They provide snow removal in the winter and lawn service in the summer. They always keep everything neat looking around the place. Bishop Road apartments are a great place to live. They also allow me to have my cat with no additional deposits! Everywhere else I looked had wanted between $400 and $500 for an animal deposit. I'd recommend them to everyone.

We don't just have a maintenance man, we have a team! We pride ourselves on a clean, livable, and functional place to live. Many of our tenants stay for 3 to 5 years and then buy a house later on. The partner/manager is a licensed real estate agent that helps tenants transition from renting to owning by offering his real estate services.
Great 2bedroom apartment for the price and in a nice quiet area that almost feels like you live in the country.
