Property Ratings at Groveton Green Apartments
Lived here for two years, it was great when we moved in. A year later the gate at entry is always broken, at least 2 doors to our building are always broken and unlocked, package thieves, amenities shut down, hours changed for the ones available, dog poo everywhere, trash overflowing. Maintenance and cleaning are AMAZING, management is terrible. For how much they charge you are better off somewhere else.
Groveton Green was great until new management took over. They used to address issues quickly and now nobody gets back to residents for issues from trash left in the halls to wheels being stolen off cars. Their response to the latter was, "that's happening everywhere." This is gated community but the gate is always broken. There's a lot that is great about the community but I can't have my wheels stolen.
After visiting here, the reviews did not disappoint. The staff is friendly and helpful, Ashley stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. I never felt any negative vibes during the tour. They have great amenities, and the apartments are spacious, with new appliances. I look forward to staying here for the next few years.
I have been living at Groveton Green since March 2023 and I have nothing but good things to say. My leasing agent Lauren was phenomenal from the moment we went on the apartment tour, down to me signing for my keys, the process was seamless. She made sure all of my questions were answered and told me everything I needed to know in order to access the building, working the Amazon hub lockers etc. I love it here and thank you again Lauren!
I like my apartment very much, it’s centrally located to the beltway and restaurants and shopping.

We love the complex! The office and maintenance staff are Incredible! They are super helpful with anything! Our washer machine broke, we put in a work order and they were here the same day! I locked myself out and they were so willing to stop what they were doing and come help me!???? the office staff is always so kind and helps however they can. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Groveton Green has been a very nice community to live. I have been here for 6 years and don't plan on leaving. They love doing things to bring the community together, celebrating holidays-bringing services to you(such as food trucks, business services like Verizon, shopping opportunities that can save you time with going out to these places. Great apartment size. Noise travels easily you can hear every word people say in the hallway. It also smells like weed pretty often and it travels through the vents. The amenities are nice, but cant really enjoy them due to covid. Although there is a sign at the door saying to wear a mask rarely people do. I also have seen more cops here than anywhere else I have lived.
Living at Groveton Green is llike living with family. They are very interested in making you comfortable and happy. Everyone is friendly and the inviorment is clean. They also try to upgrade things ian the Clubhouse by adding features that the tenants may be interested in. A nice place if you're considering retirement as well.
I enjoy my living at Groveton Green,I would not live anywhere else.

Its a nice and quiet community. The apartments are very spacious and clean.
I have been a resident for almost 5 years and I haven't regreted chosing Groveton Green as my home. All of the staff is so willing to assist you with any problems you may have. I love the activities that they provide here which will give you a chance to meet and greet with your neighbors. I also appreciate the information they give about what's going on in the community and surrounding areas.
