Groveton Green Apartments

Groveton Green was great until new management took over. They used to address issues quickly and now nobody gets back to residents for issues from trash left in the halls to wheels being stolen off cars. Their response to the latter was, "that's happening everywhere." This is gated community but the gate is always broken. There's a lot that is great about the community but I can't have my wheels stolen.

After visiting here, the reviews did not disappoint. The staff is friendly and helpful, Ashley stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. I never felt any negative vibes during the tour. They have great amenities, and the apartments are spacious, with new appliances. I look forward to staying here for the next few years.

I have been living at Groveton Green since March 2023 and I have nothing but good things to say. My leasing agent Lauren was phenomenal from the moment we went on the apartment tour, down to me signing for my keys, the process was seamless. She made sure all of my questions were answered and told me everything I needed to know in order to access the building, working the Amazon hub lockers etc. I love it here and thank you again Lauren!

I like my apartment very much, it’s centrally located to the beltway and restaurants and shopping.

This overall is a great place to live. Staff has been nothing short of amazing. Great amenities throughout this location. Maintenance fast and efficient. Buildings cleaned daily. Surrounded by beautiful trees accompanied with amazing wildlife.

Maintenance is a number one priority! All of my requests are completed in a timely manner.

I’m am a very picky renter, sometimes I believe that it is only me living in this community. Every time I have reached out with a concern it could be a loss package, parking situation or routine maintenance; management has responded promptly and professionally.

I like Groveton Green. I love the smoke-free environment. And overall, it is peaceful and safe.

My 7 years of living here has been great! Groveton Greens Management and Maintenance Team seem to have a personal interest in doing what ever they can to satisfy their residents and respond quickly to any issues you may have.

We love the complex! The office and maintenance staff are Incredible! They are super helpful with anything! Our washer machine broke, we put in a work order and they were here the same day! I locked myself out and they were so willing to stop what they were doing and come help me!???? the office staff is always so kind and helps however they can. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I have been very pleased with living at Groveton Green for 7 years. They are always quick to respond to any concerns you may have. Entertaining the residence here is very nice and there's a variety of ideas that they come up with that will give you a way to meet your neighbors. The view of the grounds is nice to see due to the cleanliness and the change of the plants and flowers seasonally.

This place is amazing. All employees are very welcoming and considerate.

Affordable, gated community, elevators. Nice pools, fitness center and play gounds for children.

Groveton Green has been a very nice community to live. I have been here for 6 years and don't plan on leaving. They love doing things to bring the community together, celebrating holidays-bringing services to you(such as food trucks, business services like Verizon, shopping opportunities that can save you time with going out to these places. They also create was to entertain you which will allow you to relax and enjoy others without leaving your community. You really feel like family here.

I have been living at Groveton Greens apts in Owings Mills for 2yrs and I must say they are very efficient in cleanliness inside and around the grounds outside. Prompt maintenance team and the staff listens to your concerns and are excellent in providing monthly updates for residents activities like food trucks, or residents picnic outside around the pool. I have experienced so much by living here.

Groveton Green is a very beautiful community. The grounds are well kept. Many opportunities for both indoor and outdoor activities. My noisy neighbors above me make it difficult to really enjoy quiet time.

Livilng here is like living with family. From the front office to the maintence team, they will do above and beyond to help you with any problem you may have. They are also interested in seeing that you take time to enjoy yourself by coming up with ideas of intertaining you. In these COVID times you may prefere to stay home alot so this means alot to have intertainment right where you live. Thank you Groveton Green!

The staff at Groveton Green make you feel like you're home away from home(family) and that any help you need is just a phone call away.

Great apartment size. Noise travels easily you can hear every word people say in the hallway. It also smells like weed pretty often and it travels through the vents. The amenities are nice, but cant really enjoy them due to covid. Although there is a sign at the door saying to wear a mask rarely people do. I also have seen more cops here than anywhere else I have lived.

Living at Groveton Green is llike living with family. They are very interested in making you comfortable and happy. Everyone is friendly and the inviorment is clean. They also try to upgrade things ian the Clubhouse by adding features that the tenants may be interested in. A nice place if you're considering retirement as well.
