Do we even have a management company?

I've lived here for a little over 2 years. When they had repairs done, they left it worse than before, we've had several issues like a leaky faucet, hole in cabinets, cabinets that are crooked and/or broken, etc, cockroach problem (I FINALLY was able to get rid of MOST by pouring borax ALL OVER THE PLACE... looks messy, but did the trick), no proper lighting by exterior stairs and VERY DANGEROUS and not enough parking.
