Great experience living at the grove and great community to meet people from Auburn. would not pick to live anywhere else

Living at The Grove has been a pretty good experience overall. The location is super convenient—close to campus, which makes getting to class or hanging out around town really easy. There's also a shuttle, which helps a lot when it’s raining or you’re running late. The apartments come furnished, which was nice because I didn’t have to worry about buying a bunch of furniture. I’m in a 2-bedroom, and having my own bathroom is a big plus. The kitchen is decent, and there’s a washer and dryer in the unit, which is really convenient.

The Grove has been my favorite place to live in my 3 years at Auburn! The new amenities are awesome and love being able to walk to campus.

I’ve been living at the grove for 2 years and it’s great. It is a great place for dogs to play and socialize. The new clubhouse and gym are also great.

I’m a sophomore at Auburn this year and the grove is by far the best place to live!! They include so many bonus features such as a pool, pest spraying, walk in closet and so much more for such an affordable price. I’m in a 3x3 and have renewed for the next year!

This is my third year living with my roommate at The Grove and it has been the best time. We both moved in here after high school and our worries of safety and convenient location was discarded after moving in! The location is so close to everything on campus, tiger transit is always nearby, and the staff is quick to help with any problems I encounter. Bonus, it is so close to Jordan-Hare! Definitely recommend :)

I love living out here. The staff is very nice and always ready to help. I feel like some things could change around the complex. Residence with dogs should be better with picking up after their dogs.

It’s my second year living at the grove and I’ve already signed my lease for a third! It’s affordable, walking distance to campus, all the staff are super helpful and nice, and I have made some wonderful friends here. The amenities are great and they have just upgraded them as well! Couldn’t imagine myself living anywhere else!

The grove staff are super, but the amenities the last two years were mediocre at best. The treadmills in the gym were broke except for once ever since we moved in (hopefully they are fixed now since the main office has been shut the majority of the semester for renovations). With the new listing price definitely recommend getting the updated apartments.. not that the older models are bad just not great for the new leasing prices. It’s a quick mile walk to campus or a short tiger trainsit ride (also close enough to walk to the bar and back). Over all the grove is a solid choice, but not the most glamorous one. Like my rating… its definitely nkt the worst but not the best either.

I would 100% recommend the grove to someone looking for an apartment at auburn. It has amazing amenities, in good walking distance to campus, amazing staff, and maintenance is very efficient and responsive and gets the requests done in just a few days. The grove offered everything i needed and more for my first apartment in auburn!

I absolutely love living here! My upgraded unit is modern and spacious, from the kitchen and living room to the bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets. The staff is super friendly and quick with urgent maintenance, and I really enjoy the community events they host. Highly recommend!

I really like the location of this apartment. It is a nice walking distance from campus and it is relatively close to downtown auburn. I think the price is the best out the surrounding places and I like how the all amenities are free excluding electricity. I also like how involved the staff is with the residents.

I love living here, management is so good, they actually care about their residents! Maintenance is quick upon request and always friendly! Definitely recommend!!

I used to commute an hour to Auburn for school, but choosing to live at the Grove was the best choice I’ve made!! It’s very close to campus and it’s affordable. The tiger transits comes right in front as well which is super convenient. The staff up front is very friendly and helpful with my needs.

The grove had a great environment for meeting friends, hanging out at the pool, wasn’t as crowded as downtown but still close to campus, and the staff was wonderful!! I lived there for 2 years and enjoyed it so much!!!

My granddaughter has lived at The Grove for the past two years. The rooms are large compared to the other venues in the area. They have great amenities. The maintenance staff is readily available for any issue that comes up. I would recommend The Grove to any Auburn college students.

The grove is dog friendly and the staff loves to see all the dogs! They are fast to fix any issues and great amenities.

Moved into the Grove last semester and plan on staying until I graduate. Amenities are sick: fire pit, basketball court, pool, GIANT chess, lounge area, workspace, and a game room. They have specialty days with free coffee or a free snack on occasions. Rooms are plenty big, the closet space is MASSIVE, and the bathrooms are perfect. Good location with a AU bus stop right across the road. Only complaint is the gym is a little small and doesn’t have a ton of stuff, but the good heavily outweighs the bad.

So many great things to say about the Grove, great apartments and some great amenities for college housing! The best part hands down is the staff, the front office is full of such great people. Not only that, but the maintenance staff is amazing at all they do. Zach is an exceptionally helpful member of the front office staff!

I have been at the Grove for two years and it has been great! It’s a close walk to campus, the maintenance and staff are super nice, and the apartments have nice appliances! I would definitely recommend!

From the day my son and his roommates moved in, we asked on several occasions for the apartment to be cleaned, as it smelled STRONGLY of weed. Even though we have asked multiple, multiple times, it still smells so bad that I get a headache each time I go visit. The AC has not worked properly since move in day, to which they just repaired within the last few weeks, therefore we have had unnecessary utility overages since August. In addition, there have been 3 different leaks. One in a bedroom and the boys had to bunk together, another in the main room on the dining table, and then again when the washing machine leaked all over the floor. To top it all off, the manager came in UNANNOUNCED thinking nobody was there!! This means maintenance can and will come in at any time UNANNOUNCED, so GIRLS beware and STAY AWAY. This place is filthy and run-down. Go to the Union across the street for the same price and everything is NICE AND NEW!

MOLD. ROACHES. ???????? Our first floor unit (314) was COVERED in mold & roaches. Maintenance tried to tell us it was our fault. Once they finally let us move into a new unit, they moved more people into the moldy unit (314)!! Got to speak with the new people that lived there, and guess what, they had the same mold and MORE. This is a health hazard. I had rashes, hair loss, and now have an auto immune disease that we’re pretty positive was triggered by mold exposure. AVOID GREASY GROVE AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely disgusting place and amenities. They’ll leave you with your ac broken for two weeks without so much as an apology. Apartment flooded twice in two days. DO NOT RENT HERE

The Grove was spacious, clean, well kept, everything worked (appliances, Internet, cable, amenities, furniture, washer, dryer, etc.). Close enough to ride a board, bike, walk, or take transit right from the Grove property to Auburn U (gated parking), amazing staff. I really can’t say enough great things about the Grove. We’ve lived all around the world (military 30 years. They are so much more than just a business. Highly recommended.
