A great place to live overall. Very clean and updated. Grounds are kept up with nicely. It can be a little loud at times and the walls are thin. Pool area is also well taken care of. The managers could find a better system for packages/the delivery room. It can be very hard to find packages in the messy delivery room.

I wish I would have found this complex sooner. Staff has always been friendly and responded quickly. The unit was fresh and clean at move-in. Plenty of parking, walking distance from many great stores and eateries. The only negative would be flooding in the area with a major downpour, but this isn't uncommon for the area.

Bad Sound Proofing

The noise in these newly constructed buildings is awful. We live in a lower unit beneath a family, and while some noise is expected, the soundproofing here is basically nonexistent. The whole building shakes when people walk. To make matters worse, they’ve placed large 3-bedroom family units directly above 1-bedrooms—we have a family of seven living above us. If you’re sensitive to noise, prepare to blast white noise or music 24/7 just to stay sane. If you can, aim for one of the renovated units—those might have better insulation. Then there’s the constant, uncoordinated unit entry. In just three months, we received seven emails saying staff would be entering our unit for “routine maintenance,” with no timeframes and no effort to work around residents’ schedules. They knock once and then just walk in—even if you’re home. I was in my bedroom when this happened. And you’re expected to crate your animals, but what are you supposed to do if you’re gone all day? It feels like a complete disregard for tenants’ privacy and time. That said, the location is great, nothing has broken while we’ve lived here, the maintenance staff is nice, and we enjoy the pool. Just know the grills are almost always out of gas.

Overall, The Grove at Ardsley Park is a great place to live due to it’s safe neighborhood and decent apartments. My main complaint is that it takes a while to get a maintenance problem fixed and that the dog park is in terrible shape. The pool is nice and the apartment location is wonderful.

The most challenging and uncomfortable part of the move whilst getting the paperwork completed and submitted online in a timely manner. Initially, I was due to move March 25, 2025 in order to receive the promotion offered but then the apartment wasn’t ready until 28 March. Due to that not being my fault, at first, it seemed as if I would not receive the promotional offer because of the agreed up one date of March 25 to move in, but it all worked out in the promotional offer was extended to me. It caused me to somewhat have concerns at first, concerns of why I wanted to move here. But since I have been here, everyone has treated me in a very kind, respectful and professional way. I had some Minor concerns with the walk-through inspection and they were addressed in a very timely manner, All of which I am very appreciative.

Great location and property management!

I highly recommend living at the grove. The location is great and the management team is even better. They have gone above and beyond for me twice now to make sure that I’m comfortable in my living space. Being able to bike on bike lanes all the way up to the historic district is a nice bonus, too.

Gentrification at its finest

A couple years ago, they broke the lease of all the tenants and gave everyone 3 months to move out so they could renovate and jack up the prices. And yes, I’m still salty about that. These apartments are not worth the price of rent they are charging; you can find better prices in beautiful neighborhoods in Pooler or South Savannah.
