Very bad experience, I left after 7 months. Brand new unit with Palmetto bugs coming in regularly, American roaches, spiders, small centipede bugs, and ants. Gaps under all doors to the unit.

The complex is spotless and the units are spacious and well equipped. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Neighbors are friendly and of all ages. Common areas are beautiful and comfortable. Location is convenient to everywhere in Vero and very close to the beaches.

Beautiful NEW luxury apartments! Love the design, attention to detail and gorgeous well thought out floor plans, especially the kitchens!
Charging high rent for luxury resort style apartment. In luxury apartment, can hear upstair neighbors - every step they take, every flush they make, etc. The pool, gym, business center, community room are not available and there is no word on when they will be available BUT the high rent is not reduced to reflect lack of advertised amenities.
