Property Ratings at Greystone Woods
Greystone is by far one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. The unit we had was outdated and management consistently failed to uphold the standards they expect from residents. Upon moving into our unit, it was in very poor condition. The unit had cobwebs, dead insects. We had to clean and sweep every part of the unit before moving in our furniture or personal items. The exterior of the buildings is dirty, with bugs and bird droppings everywhere. Maintenance rarely keeps up with cleaning or repairs. Parking is terrible in the evenings, there are tons of unmarked cars taking up spaces, and if you’re not home by 6 PM, you’ll have to park far away unless you pay extra for a reserved spot. The assistant manager, Kayla, even lives on-site, yet I’ve personally seen her and her guests ignoring community rules (for example, vaping in the pool area where smoking is prohibited). She also often parks in handicap and “future resident” spots overnight. Kayla owns a dog that I witnessed biting her — despite the complex claiming to have a “no aggressive dogs” policy. I also watched her family member walking the same dog without a leash, completely disregarding the community’s leash rule. Maintenance is unreliable, my dryer was broken for months, and after countless “quick fixes,” it finally stopped working. When it failed completely over a weekend, I was told to use a laundromat until the following week, which was unacceptable. Dog waste is scattered throughout the property, so you have to watch your step constantly. Overall, this place is poorly managed, poorly maintained, and not worth the high rent they charge. I would not recommend Greystone Apartments to anyone.

I recently visited Greystone Woods to spend time with my daughter who lives there, and I was truly impressed. We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool with my grandchildren, everything was so clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to answer any questions we had with a smile. It's clear they care about the community and go out of their way to make residents and their guests feel at home. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I left with a great impression. Greystone Woods is a beautiful place to live and visit!

We love living at Greystone Woods! The high ceilings make the whole place feel super spacious and there’s great natural lighting! Plus, the pool is always super clean and has been a peaceful place to relax. Our screened in patio is as well. It’s been so nice to sit outside and not worry about bugs, but rather just soak up the nice breeze and sun out there. Overall, it’s a very peaceful and safe community. Also, Kayla is such a joy to be around. We love visiting her and Abbi in the office, to snag a monthly newsletter hot off the press, grab some coffee, or just chat. Those two ladies will make your day! So will the maintenance team, TJ and Brian. They make our son so happy each time they say a quick hello in passing. If you’re considering making Greystone Woods your new home, I say DO IT!

I’ve lived here a year and have had zero complaints and everyone has been great if I have ever needed anything. This past Sunday I came home from a weekend away and at midnight discovered water leaking into my hallway and closet. I called the emergency number and one of the maintenance guys was there extremely quick. He wasn’t annoyed that I woke him like most would be and was friendly and quickly fixed the problem for the night. The next day was back first thing with the blower and humidifier to dry everything out. I was extremely impressed

We recently moved into Greystone and it has been nothing short of an amazing experience! We toured a unit with Kayla (sweet as can be) and started the application process immediately. The property is beautiful with lush green courtyards throughout, a dog park, beautiful pool and a meaningful gym. Being right across the street from a golf course and minutes from town we’re loving the opportunity to call Greystone home!!

Greystone is the place to live! The office staff (Kayla and Abbi) are the sweetest. Very helpful and understanding. The maintenance guys rock. TJ is my favorite! He always responds to my maintenance request within a day. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. The only complaint I would have is that the pool is on the smaller side. However, the pros out way the 1 con. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)

We moved out of state and had to rent with out seeing it. We are used to this being a military family and it's 50/50 if we love it when we arrive. The second I spoke to Kailey I felt at home. She genuinely cared about us and our needs. Then we arrived and the grounds were clean and we'll kept the apartment was beautiful and Kailey was even friendlier in person. I'm not sure how long we will be here but I'm thankful to call this place home for now.

I was apprehensive to move to a new town with my 6 year old son. To my surprise, we were able to befriend several neighbors. On the warm nights, my son has the privilege of playing with new friends outside and saying hi to the fluffy friends playing in the dog park. Greystone Woods is a great place to call home!

I toured this community and not only is the property well kept, but the staff was so sweet & helpful! I toured many in the area and they were by far the nicest and quick to answer any questions. I can see why they are usually leased in advance. They also are finishing some great upgrades. Just wish they had something for me in my time frame! This staff at this place is absolutely amazing. I loved Abbi, Hannah, and all of the maintenance crew. They responded very quickly and are extremely helpful. I didn't realize that check in wasn't until 4pm and they helped me at opening and got everything situated. The air conditioner was taking a long time to cool down and I put in a request at night. They were there before 9 am the next morning. They made sure to get everything prepared as we left for the day. Everyone is super sweet, kind, caring and friendly and I look forward to living here. The apartment as well is really nice. If I were to complain about anything it's that there's no food pantry but that is minimal compared to all the good of everything else. Before moving in I contacted almost 20 apartments in the Searcy and Cabot area and only 3 responded. One had no appliances, one was not a right fit, and one was Greystone Woods. It exceeded my expectations and had a full size washer and a full size dryer. The remodels are also amazing and I look forward to the new work they're doing.

Supposedly before you move in a cleaning service comes and cleans your apartment. Other than a few vacuum lines on the floor, nothing was clean. My husband and i vaccines and it was discussing. The pool is currently out of commission bc the pump is broken... the pump has been broken for a week and I’ve seen no one come to fix it
The staff at this apartment complex were great and very flexible. Military friendly. Great places to stay for first home renters.
I have lived here twice now and I have always loved my apartment. No it does not have a huge living room but its perfect for what I needed. My kids loved it here, they loved playing in the pool and running in the courtyard. i rarely ever heard my neighbors and i lived downstairs. the 9ft ceilings were amazing. i had covered parking for $30 per month which was amazing especially when it would rain. i loved having a garbage disposal and dishwasher! the office staff was always helpful and very nice. maintenance was always quick to repair any maintenance issues if i had any at all. water was only 37$ per month for a 2 bed 2 bath which was amazing.
