Property Ratings at Greystone Townhomes
Parking enforcement was inconsistent. Management only responded when residents submitted photos of violations, which put the burden on tenants instead of proactive monitoring. I also had issues with my security deposit — I was told it had already been sent, but in reality it was only mailed after I followed up. While I did receive the check, the experience left me disappointed with how management communicated and handled the process.
Every single night, motorcycle and cars will come in around 10:30 - 11:00 PM with windows open with speakers on MAX. Stay in the parking lot for 5-10 minutes and then leave. Random people will appear at your door freaking you out. The place itself is nice. Not your neighbors. I don't even know if it's your neighbor or not at this point. But if you are looking for a quite peaceful home, avoid this place.
Just moved in and honestly it's been a breeze! The office lady was super helpful and made the process so easy for us. Nice new construction and all the appliances are all stainless steel and super nice!
