Happy to live here and happy to be re-renewing for the third time. The facilities are always clean and the maintenance team is timely and helpful. The leasing/management team are so prompt and kind. They go out of their way to put on great events and outreach for us.
I’ve had an excellent experience living at this community. The staff is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, the property is clean and well-kept, and the amenities are always in great condition. It’s a quiet, safe, and comfortable place to call home. Highly recommend!
This is the best apartment community in the Auburn area hands down. The apartments are very spacious inside, even the one bedroom is about a thousand square feet. The staff members really care about the residents and are very quick to help. Shout out to Kimberly!

This property is very pet friendly, which I appreciate so much! It has a pet grooming spa, two separate dog parks, and pet stations everywhere. They keep the neighborhood very clean!
This property is beautiful and very well maintained. The clubhouse and amenities are always clean, and Jared in the leasing office is so friendly and easy to work with! He was kind to my husband and I in the beginning and has continued to respond quickly to any small issues that may arise and never treats us like a bother. Highly recommend!
I could honestly talk all day about how much I enjoy living here. The community is beautiful, and the staff consistently goes the extra mile for everyone. I’m always telling people they need to experience Greystone for themselves! My favorite part has to be the gardens throughout the property.

I have been living at Greystone for 3 years now and it has been nothing but exceptional. The property manager Jared has done a phenomenal job ensuring this property is maintained, thriving, and always meeting the needs of the residents. He’s always on top of it! This is one of the nicest apartment complexes in Auburn! My family and I lived here when we first moved into Auburn and now I’m living here in college also. My experience here has been nothing but the best. Jared does a great job managing the property and taking care of anything we’ve ever needed!

We have lived here for 4+ months now and have enjoyed the community, the people we’ve met, the convenience of an onsite dog park, and the fast response to any maintenance calls. I would definitely recommend this community if you are looking for somewhere to live in Auburn.

I was so excited to discover Greystone pointe was here in AU. I had been poking for months for a place to live and when I toured I fell in love IMMEDIATELY. I have a 2b/2b and I could not love it more. The amenities are always clean and the community is so nice and friendly. My apartment is so nice and I absolutely adore my bathroom. The tub is my favorite part of it. Supper happy with my decision and I will not be moving anytime soon :)

I love living here! The management is very on top of everything and move in was smooth. The apartment was clean and well built. I love all the amenities and they are well taken care of. They also have many community events and it has a very welcoming feel. I am so happy here!

I love living at Greystone! Everything is always kept in the best shape, very clean and beautiful apartments, and amazing staff who are so intentional about making sure everything is running smoothly! Additionally, even though the university campus is 5-10 minutes down the road, the location is far enough away where you don’t have to worry about traffic or people being rowdy. If you are looking for a family-friendly, clean and safe apartment community with any amenities you may need, you found it!

Greystone is an amazing place to live—especially if you’re attending Auburn! The location is perfect, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home (huge shoutout to Jared for being incredibly helpful). The pool is hands down my favorite part of the property, and the resident events add such a fun community vibe. Can’t recommend it enough!

I would give 5 stars, but I am not pleased with my carpet still having visible urine stains after being cleaned twice (once before I moved in and once after I moved in), the faucet in my bathroom was installed too far back from the sink so it pours water onto the counter every time it’s turned on, there’s also several places throughout the apartment that have white specks of paint on the floor and door handles. I enjoy everything else about this community, but for the price, these small things should not be an issue.
