Move in process was a little hectic, but staff was very accommodating. Conveniently located next to shops and stores and 5mins away from my sons school... love the location.

Super quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we needed. Maintenance staff is super friendly. I love the layout of the Linden apartment. Spacious but feels cozy too. Corner balcony we have is wonderful and spacious too. Very happy!

The apartment itself is bright and airy, big windows allow for lots of light. Location is convenient. Communication could be better, especially when it comes to move in promotions with first month free (we were billed and received a letter stating we owed when the move in special indicated otherwise). It was fixed but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Same thing with storage units. I would still recommend to friends or family.

It is a nice community overall, clean, neighbors are friendly, nice amenities, maintenance is quick to respond and does a good job. There’s just one person in the office that we had a few strange experiences with and might need a little extra training, but other than that it’s a good place to live.

Two stars. It’s a fine place for young people getting their first apartment. If you are a grown adult, it’s a hard NO. The opposite of luxury, some buildings are not maintained (entrances and breezeways) filthy, no parking, no cameras, car break-ins daily. The break-ins were so bad, management handed out lo-jack locks. You have to drive your trash to one of the two dumpsters that are located on entire property. I’ll stop there…..

Would give 5 stars but some things have change. I’m tired of waking up smelling marijuana everyday, can’t get a park and constantly hearing banging noise and I stay on the third floor. When I first move here was better than now. I just feel I pay too much rent to have to deal with these problems.

I would give 4 but there is much room for improvement. The weed smoking is out of control!!! The grounds are good The apts need upgrades for SURE! However the weed is horrible

Apartment is advertise as a luxury apartment. The model that was shown didn’t match the until I move into. Blinds was broken and tub was Clogged. I’m short so for this to be a problem for me it’s a problem. The Toilets are low. I feel like I’m using the bathroom on the Kindergarten hall. You hear when your neighbor shower, wash clothes, and Flushed the toilet. The Appliance are old and Outdated. Stains and Cobwebs are in the hallway when you walk into the building. Just not luxury. I was just expecting a little more.
