So far the move here has been great. Staff is very helpful and maintenance is prompt. I love the hardwood floors and the kitchen. The grounds are well kept.
It has been ok so far. I enjoy the different events that occur on site. Being that residents work during the week day, I would love to see more events on Saturday.
Moving here after my divorce and trying to move on with life was the best thing that happened. The office staff is very friendly maintenance is wonderful and I have the most amazing neighbors ever. If you're looking a place to live Greystone will not disappoint
This is a great place to live it’s quiet most of the time at night. I have no complaints right now.some of the people are very friendly. Maintenance people are very nice and so is the staff.
Good place to stay. Love the maintenance crew. I don’t care what the issue is they figure it out. Parking can still be better, noise not too bad.
Apartments are decent, community is pretty quiet, parking is always a nightmare, especially in the buildings in the middle of the complex. Lots of people with more than two vehicles not reporting them.
I have really enjoyed my time here! I’m actually upgrading my unit to a bigger one to continue living here after expanding my family. 10/10 recommend
Overall my experience here has been good. The office has helped with any issues i’ve have. Maintenance is fairly quick and the noise is at a minimum. I would recommend this as a good place to live
It’s been good for the most part. There has been a few things I have not been thrilled about. Mainly when it comes to maintenance not always being on top of stuff.
I have enjoyed my time here so far. I love the amenities and location. The maintenance crews are quick to respond. The staff is friendly and there to help.
I’ve only just recently moved in but so far the experience has been fantastic. The leasing office was amazing in helping me with any questions and checking in leading up to my move as well.
getting better with dennis the new property mgr as well as anastasia in front office wish they would put back computers and printers again as well as please please get rid of the mailbox bins and accept the packages like you used too in the office
I'm new so I don't have much. However so far this has been a good experience. The office staff has been wonderful. Im excited to be able to use the gym anytime.
when seeking apartments believe that, I have three things in mind; budget, convenience, and friendly knowledgeable staffing. This complex checked all the boxes. Ideally, nothing is perfect but when it comes to feeling safe and being able to accomplish my goals on a daily basis, Greystone has set the bar and I’m very thankful that I made this my apartment complex for the foreseeable future
My apartment community is very efficient when something is small as a lightbulb blows out. They are there the same day to replace it or if it’s something bigger, they are there as well. The grounds are well kept. I always see somebody picking up trash and landscapers are here frequently. I also find it very quiet, peaceful and safe.
the location is nice, the apartment is clean and cute. It seems like a perfect place to start your life and move forward with your loved ones who you want to bring with you during that journey .
Grateful I had the carpet replaced before moving in to my new home. The property landscape is well done. I find it very Easy to retrieve packages.
I love it so far!! Very cute and spacious, love that i can have my cat here as well. Very nice view and i loveee hardwood flooring so thats a plus!
Quiet, nice amenities, and fast maintenance repairs. They used to have food trucks come 2-3 times a month but don’t anymore. Wish they’d bring that back.
We have been living here for almost 8 years. The convenience of a small town vibe to being close to everything we need. We plan on staying for our 9th year.
I just reached my 1st year of living here and all I can say is positive things about the community. Whenever I have a maintenance request they are always on top of it and have never been disappointed. They are hands down the best!

Today marks my second day in my Apartment and my children and I are absolutely thrilled to be here at Greystone at wide waters. It’s incredibly peaceful on my floor. The rooms are amazingly spacious and I adore the abundant closet space. I’m also deeply in love with my patio, it’s remarkably spacious. I had a profoundly positive experience with the leasing office as they were always exceptionally helpful with any questions I had about my move-in. Overall, this was an extraordinarily wise decision I made by moving into such a stunning community.
I just moved in. We had a few issues when it came to getting our apartment but the office handled it quickly. We were able to get our unit changed and even got a few upgrades we were not expecting. The apartment was is good condition with only a minor issues. So far the complex has been amazing and our fur babies love their new home. The noise isn’t too bad. However, we put in some work orders and have not had maintenance in to fix it. Hoping they will get to it soon considering it is creeping up to the 48 hr mark. Overall so far this is a good complex.
Nice quiet community. The amenities are as listed and there might even be more. Overall great apartment all features including functioning washer and dryer.
The staff is very nice and helpful! A few things went wrong when it was time for my roommate and I to move in but the staff worked through everything and made sure we could still move in for our set move in date which we really appreciate.
I have felt very good here, unfortunately my car was stolen from the parking lot and that situation caused me expenses, setbacks and inconveniences ……Thank God we recovered the vehicle
Very nice place to live. The landscaping is nice, it's safe, and I love the pool. The only thing that is an issue is that our breezeway is very dirty.
A pleasant community. Great location to access whatever store you need. The staff is excellent. Respect goes a long way. That goes for neighbors as well. The neighbors here are understanding when it comes to kiddos making a ruckus.

Move in process was a little hectic, but staff was very accommodating. Conveniently located next to shops and stores and 5mins away from my sons school... love the location.

Super quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we needed. Maintenance staff is super friendly. I love the layout of the Linden apartment. Spacious but feels cozy too. Corner balcony we have is wonderful and spacious too. Very happy!

The apartment itself is bright and airy, big windows allow for lots of light. Location is convenient. Communication could be better, especially when it comes to move in promotions with first month free (we were billed and received a letter stating we owed when the move in special indicated otherwise). It was fixed but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Same thing with storage units. I would still recommend to friends or family.

Love the apartment and the community so far. The rooms are spacious and the living room is so bright. A lot of windows. The staff is super friendly, specially Melissa, she helped me so much during the application process and move in day.

It is a nice community overall, clean, neighbors are friendly, nice amenities, maintenance is quick to respond and does a good job. There’s just one person in the office that we had a few strange experiences with and might need a little extra training, but other than that it’s a good place to live.
