Greystone at Oakland

I'm glad my sister and I made this move to this community. Our neighbors are friendly and welcomed us with open arms. I love the peacefulness and the deer.

Everything has been great! Maintenance is very helpful and quick! The whole move in process was smooth and the staff has been very friendly.

The office staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. My apartment is spacious and comfortable, with modern features that make it feel like home. The amenities and grounds are clean and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. I would highly recommend Greystone at Oakland to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience.

We were on the waiting list for a loooong time. But when we toured the property, we knew we needed to get in here. Yes, it's an apartment complex, but it's a whole community behind the gate. The staff are friendly, quick to communicate, and professional. This property is mindful of making this a home for the residents. The engagement through events helps us to connect. Even as a large property, the grounds are well kept. When we moved in, Ms. Kisa walked through the apartment with us to make sure any minute issues were taken care of as quickly as possible. We have not been here long, but so far it has been good. They also have options to rent garages and storage spaces on site, which may be cheaper and closer than a storage unit off the property. Fur babies are welcome here as well. They have walkable sidewalks on the property including a gym, pool, garden, and doggy spa. Very cute and safe space to live in.

we moved in about 5 years ago, it was the best decision for a place to live. The apartment is spacious and open, maintenance is always ready if something happens, and the community is warm and welcoming. The community events and staff put the cherry on top of the whole experience. By far the best apartment complex anywhere around

I’ve really enjoyed living at Greystone at Oakland. The apartments are spacious, modern, and have a truly luxurious feel — from the high ceilings and stylish finishes to the open floor plans that make the space feel even bigger. The amenities are top-notch for this area. The Amazon pickup building is super convenient, the gym is clean and well-equipped, and the pool and outdoor grilling area are perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. The property is always well maintained, and the whole place has a quiet, comfortable atmosphere. Overall, it’s the nicest apartment community in the Leesburg/Albany area. If you’re looking for a place that feels upscale but still friendly and homey, I definitely recommend Greystone at Oakland.

The leasing agents are extremely helpful and made my move-in day seamless and exciting. I appreciated my unit’s cleanliness upon my arrival. Overall, my first day has exceeded expectations.

This is the only luxury apartment community and it offers some great amenities, car wash, charging station fitness center and they get together monthly to fellowship who wouldn't love this community? The staff were so friendly and courteous.

The area is kept very clean and tidy. The maintenance crew is quick to respond and handle issues as soon as they arise. The amenities are maintained and in very good condition.

Beautiful spacious apartments inside of a safe gated community. There are loads of well maintained amenities like a large pool, gym, tanning area, park, and garden. There are tons of parking spaces. The staff is always very friendly and reliable. Rent is easy to pay on an app, which also houses the ability to place your own service requests. Overall great experience so far.

I visited a friend over the weekend in this beautiful community. Greystone is by far the best apartment community with a lot of amenities situated in the midst of a growing city. When I move back to the state I would love to make this home.

I've only been here two days and I'm already loving this place. Its like its own village and neighborhood. The service here is great, everyone is so welcoming and kind, even the neighbors. Its quiet and peaceful here and this place has its own everything such as gym, park, walking trail, dog waste box, garden. I know I'm going to enjoy every bit of my stay.

Hello, I had a lovely time touring with Ms. Perry. She is an amazing leasing consultant, who is both knowledgeable and very transparent. The property is incredible for the local area. The apartments are spacious and clean. The property has nice amenities as well. There is a bit of a wait list but that is to be expected with limited, modern rental apartment communities available in the area.

It is a wonderful community to live in. Amenities are wonderful. They do monthly activities for residents that are fun. Definitely a great place to live.

It’s a comfortable, well-designed space that feels like home. Maintenance is always quick and efficient, which makes a big difference.

Tour guide was amazing. Mrs Cassandra left no stone unturned and no question unanswered. Was very impressed with the calmness of the place and the convenience of all the amenities.

A beautiful and well maintained apartment complex located in Oakland plantation. It’s convenient to town and quit, because you’re in the countryside. The apartments have everything you’d expect and want from a place as nice as this. Nice flooring, carpets, molding and even screened in porches. They are quiet inside, well built and we’ve turned it into our home. We love living here and our kids love it.

I love living on Oakland bc it gives high end but reasonable and safe! I love my neighbors and as far as the staff, well Ms. Kesia has been nothing but WONDERFUL to me since I relocated here. She is an angel and she makes me feel like this was where I needed to be after we first met in 2024. I was looking for comfort and safety and Oakland provides that and more. It's almost like a one stop shop.

I have lived here one and one half years. The area is beautiful. It is well maintained. Had a great Gym . They also have a tanning bed and coffee area.

These apartments have a at home vibe to them. I am so comfortable here and feel like a part of a community. The maintenance team is phenomenal and responds very quickly. Love it here! The apartments are roomy and o good layout. Wonderful amenities-gated, pool, area to gardens if you want, playground, dog park and spa, gym, and fun activities once a month for residents.

This community is quiet, home felt and so much fun. They offer so many things from resident get togethers, a dog park with a grooming station and even a garden. Everyone there is so helpful and the residents are so friendly!

This community is by far the most peaceful place in all the surroundings counties. They literally thought of everything from the electric charging station to the fitness center. You really have all you need here. I am going to love living there one day

Nice place inside and out. I’ve lived here 3 weeks and so far so good. Touchless entry into gate, touchless garbage compactor, garden, dog wash station, good sized workout facilities. Lots of amenities.

I have lived here for almost 5 years. I feel very safe. Use all the amenities especially the pool, gym & walking areas. The pet spa is a big perk. When I have had a maintenance issue it has been taken care of very well. I would recommend Greystone at Oakland!
