Our experience with Greystone at Oakland has been great so far. It’s by far the nicest place in the Albany Area for anyone not looking to purchase as home. The community is welcoming and a lovely place to call home.

These apartments have a at home vibe to them. I am so comfortable here and feel like a part of a community. The maintenance team is phenomenal and responds very quickly. The front office personnel are also very nice and responsive. I love being here. Thank you for making my living experience great!

I’ve only lived here for four months, but I’ve really enjoyed everything thus far. The community is welcoming and the neighborhood is quiet. The weather has been pleasant, contributing to my overall positive experience. Love it here! The apartments are roomy and o good layout. Wonderful amenities-gated, pool, area to gardens if you want, playground, dog park and spa, gym, and fun activities once a month for residents.

This community is quiet, home felt and so much fun. They offer so many things from resident get togethers, a dog park with a grooming station and even a garden. Everyone there is so helpful and the residents are so friendly!

This community is by far the most peaceful place in all the surroundings counties. They literally thought of everything from the electric charging station to the fitness center. You really have all you need here. I am going to love living there one day

Great experience. maintenance team is always efficient and responsive. The staff is always friendly and effective. The playground area is great for young children.

Nice place inside and out. I’ve lived here 3 weeks and so far so good. Touchless entry into gate, touchless garbage compactor, garden, dog wash station, good sized workout facilities. Lots of amenities.

We love it here. The neighborhood is amazing and close to everything. I can’t wait to use gym soon. It’s so clean to and just makes you feel at home.

I recently moved into my new apartment at the Greystone community, and I’ve had a wonderful experience so far. The move-in process was smooth, and the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful every step of the way. I have lived here for almost 5 years. I feel very safe. Use all the amenities especially the pool, gym & walking areas. The pet spa is a big perk. When I have had a maintenance issue it has been taken care of very well. I would recommend Greystone at Oakland!

The building's amenities are top-notch, including a well-maintained fitness center, a relaxing pool area, and a stylish common lounge. The management team is responsive and genuinely attentive to residents' needs, which added a layer of comfort and security.

I’ve been wanting to move to Greystone at Oakland for quite some time. I’ve had one hiccup but besides that, all is well. I’m happy I chose to move here. Great staff and wonderful neighbors! I’m excited to be a part of this community.

Resident of three years and about to renew again. It is comfortable, energy efficient, modern, and comfortable living. High ceilings, easy care flooring, spa-like bath, walk-in closets, ample in unit storage, and just perfect for me. Neighbors are friendly and watch out for each other. Our apartment is spacious and has spacious bathrooms with a garden tub . The staff is exceptional. Not only are they professional they truly want to make your living here your home. My wife and I scheduled a tour. Our guide was Casandra. She was very nice and knowledgeable. She did a great job of showing us the property as well as explaining all of the details. We really liked Greystone Oakland. Very nice apartments and tons of amenities!

I love it here! Wonderful spacious apartment with a modern feel. The amenities are wonderful. They plan something for residents every month. Grounds are kept real nice. Maintenance men are wonderful. Office staff is very nice and helpful.

I went to sign up for the waitlist & Cassandra greeted me as I walked in. I toured the amenities and everything was perfect!!! They have a gym , clubhouse, garden , pet spa/ pet park & car wash !! We've had a great experience living here. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is nice, and we love our neighbors! The amenities go above and beyond, there are gardens you can rent to plant, a pet spa, dog parks, a huge pool. It's a great community!

Staff and maintenance are professional and courteous. They keep the property up to a high standard. There are a lot of amenities and they are well maintained at all times. The apartment is spacious and we enjoy the screened in patio. Very peaceful and enjoyable to live here.

I love living here at Greystone! It's a great, gated, urban apartment community in the DoLee area. It's secluded, but close enough to many shopping centers in Albany.

Great experience. Community as a whole everyone is very friendly and get a good morning or how are you from anyone you run across. I’m disabled and always get can I help you while I’m putting our trash in trash compactor.

We love that there is an area where we can have a garden. The gated community makes us feel safe. There are great amenities and the complex is well maintained. We highly recommend!!
